one of the lamps had a broken lightbulb. this was supposed to be a room for two people but there was only one cup for warm and one cup for cold drinks. we got cups at the reception with water so not a critical thing

Bed isn’t comfortable, very old room, window opens with no protection (17th floor), need to plan water heating yourself, can’t darken the room very well, cleaning needs to be better

It is an old place and at first glance may look in need of renovation - but precisely because of this it is excellent for those who are looking for a comfortable and calm holiday - the rooms are spacious with all the basic facilities, the staff is friendly and helpful, the view is excellent, and you get all this for a relatively cheap price

Could be cleaner and have more facilities, although the location is comfortable with public transport it's a rather sketchy area of Haifa, also things like door handles on closets could use repair

Well it's not that I cared but you shouldn't expect any prestige. it's a simple hotel in an old building on a dodgy area at night. Yet I've been to so much worse areas in NY and SF so it's not so bad.

I asked for a high floor and got the highest. For that alone I like them. The room itself was great for my needs and for the price I paid it was a bargain. The manager did everything he could to make me comfortable and that made the experience so much better! Kudos to Ilan! 👏🏻

Old hotel that needs a major overhaul. The room itself was fine and the bed ok. The mattress frame had stains, but the bed sheets and pillows were clean. Water from shower head didn't work and only git a trickle out from the hand held one. Halls and stair dirty. Neighborhood is sketchy nut safe at all hours.

The price was right and finding parking for my rented car was very easy. I was on the top floor 17, and view was spectacular. Quiet sleeping and bed was comfortable.

The room interior was very outdated and in a very poor condition. I think that this hotel have some renovated rooms, but ours was not for many years... There was not a single visit of housekeeping during 9 days of our stay. No cleaning. No towel and linen change. I've ordered a queen size bed. But they just moved 2 single beds with 2 single mattresses together. Another important issue was a noise during the night from inside of the hotel. Somebody was constantly and loudly talking by phone and was singing during the night. A couple of nights somebody was assembling a furniture upstairs...

Amazing view from 14th floor. Very convenient location. We arrived late in the night, and were accommodated fast and easily. When we asked for additional night manager offered it for a very reasonable price...

This is an older building, so things (e.g., towel rack, glass door to bathroom, door locks, elevators, etc...) show their age. Not an issue for me.

Large, spacious room and bathroom/shower with comfortable bed and amazing (17th floor) views of Mt. Carmel to the port. Conscientious and helpful staff (immediately addressed concerns). Restaurants and food stores on nearby streets. Bus stop outside (or on street behind). Fast WiFi.
