Food is super cool but prices are unrealistic for the buffet as well as the a-la-cart. Staff needs more training in hospitality. They were nice though but still not meeting 5 star standards.

We opted for a luxury cottage with a pool view, expecting a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, our experience was slightly disrupted when loud music started playing near the pool area as early as 8 AM while we were still sleeping. Resorts are meant to offer tranquility, and this was rather inconvenient. Additionally, while it didn’t personally affect me much, I did notice that some of the staff seemed quite confused during our check-in. Perhaps it was due to a busy environment, but their demeanor felt rather cold and indifferent. That being said, I cannot speak for the experiences of others.

The location was exceptional, and the property was impeccably maintained, exuding elegance and sophistication.

The room service, specifically the in room dining takes about an hour to come. So that’s something to keep in mind.

We had an amazing stay with our family at Ananta. The property is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. The infinity pool view is really the best I’ve seen in western India.

I had faced issue of double payment at the resort. One by credit card and other by using credit card authorisation submitted during making reservation. The staff during checking in should have ensured that credit card authorisation is not used. Now I am requesting resort to refund the double payment which they have taken.

The staff is not trained to manage such a Big resort. The house keeping staff and restaurant staff are unorganised. They only give Kichidi for 2 yr old free of charge which tastes really bad.rest everythg is charged.

Lobby was always too crowded and chaotic. Owner of this property has tried to replicate Bali but doesn't give any vibes of Bali due to Chaos and loud music. Also the large LCD screens running Ads of the property and cabinets displaying Awards take away the pristineness similar to that of Bali. Restaurant is too small given the amount of guests this property can handle, again always is very chaotic. It could have been a much larger space for a resort spread across 90+ acres of land. Food was okay too. Not at par with 5-star resort level. Infinity pool instead of Sunset point terrace would add so much value to the property

Liked the overall cleanliness of this property. It has been very well maintained and looked after its cleaning and gardening staff. Also the outdoor shower area in the room was great

Breakfast was not up to the mark. It was mentioned that DJs are at night but they don't start until they have 45 people. Bicycle is mentioned but it was out of service.
