The hotel provides only bottled Bisleri water, of course free of charge. As a hotel that practices sustainability, they should be encouraging the use of RO water to guests and prevent accumulation of plastic water bottles.

The breakfast spread spread was awesome ! As a family we enjoyed it. The dinner menu buffet spread was also very good. Loved the swimming pool. Well maintained with a staff on duty always present. The gym is also good. The air conditioning was excellent! The lobby area is vast and well designed.

The staff was not very helpful, when I asked, what we could do in Cochin. The dinner time was with 7:30 pm too late for us. It was loud at the pool, because of some works. There were no opportunities to sit outside in the shadow, except the deck chairs at the pool. There was a restaurant close to the pool, but as soon as the dinner tables were set, we were not allowed to sit there, which was two hours before dinner time srarted, so we could not even sit there, when we were willing to order something. They were willing to order a taxi for us, but then we had to pay three times as much, as would be usual (uber).

The breakfast and dinner buffet was great, a big choice and a good opportunity to test different indian dishes. There were a lot of plants, which was very nice. The price was good. The service at the restaurant was good. The island is quite and close to Fort Cochin.

Hotel looks dated and old fashioned compared to many modern hotels in Cochi. Wish the fish restaurant was air-conditioned.

Room was spacious. Stayed in this hotel many years ago. I remember it was bustling and busy with very good ambience. Now it is quiet and looks bit dated. Restaurants are very good. Breakfast fare was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location is bit depressing. It's in port area with godowns and shipping agency offices around. Willingdon Island is far off location from Marine Driver and Airport.

Just the location. Wanted to go out after dinner for a walk round but very remote.

The hotel is a little out of the way and transport to and from the hotel was not that easy particularly at night. It took some time to get to Fott Kochi and other sights. The bar served nice food but was a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise everything was superb.

Exceptional staff ... friendly and helpful. Very helpful in arranging transits to airport, station etc. Lovely relaxed vibe in the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Superb breakfast. Delicious meal at their seafood restaurant.

Location is very strange on a man-made island that belongs to the Indian government. It is basically a port and there are huge silos of oil, concrete and goodness knows what else not far from the hotel which have been offloaded there. Most of the traffic on surrounding roads are large tricks. Most of the surrounding houses have been abandoned following a flood a few years ago. Consequently there are few other eating options without taking ferry or taxi to Fort Cochi

Buffet breakfast was very good and the attached seafood restaurant was excellent. We also had a buffet supper in the main restaurant which was fine. Swimming pool area was OK. Staff were pleasant and helpful and it was fine for a short stay. Rooms were spacious and clean

The hotel is very charming as it is in a historical building. The food was delicious with a wide range of options for Indian and continental dishes. The staff is very helpful and kind. They prepared us the breakfast to go on our last day, as we had to leave early.

Surprised that for a CGH property, they supply water in the rooms in plastic bottles. Even smaller hotels and lesser-known hospitality brands have long moved on to more sustainable options.

I liked that it has an old-world charm, away from noise and pollution.

The property shud be stated as 4 star- everything was good but could have been better. The reception definitely needs to be upgraded for a 5 star. Rooms were good. The pool was superb. Its on d outskirts and the property was expected to showcase a much serene and close to nature areas but it dissaponted in both the expects. Why sacrifice staying in the central area here was not justified with miniature version of pure Kerala experience. Breakfast and food was good.

Staff was very helpful. Food was also great! On request staff provided the ironing stand to press the dress. I had to take many meetings, for that also staff was ready to give some desk.
