The restaurant needs far more improvement in staff behaviour . Also the staff are very rigid and not helpful to customer. The food is well made but the staff do not help if the customer wants any particular food. They smplly say not available. Bad service.

Ambience, cleanliness, customer service and food. I was charged extra for complimentary dinner. When reported to manager, immediate action was taken and excess money deducted was refunded. Manager was kind enough to give explanation and amicably resolved the issue.

Great location - very walkable to temple. Great staff, decent restaurant. The hotel is a bit dated but decent for a day or two stay.

Good value for money!! Courteous staff , clean and nicely spaced out rooms. The restaurant serves amazing vegetarian food too!! Overall a great experience and a near walk to the temple!

If I have to nitpick I did find the mattress to be on the firmer side. I would have preferred a soft one.

The location of the hotel is just 600 mts from guruvayur temple and some 300 mts from railway station and parthasarthy temple and about 1 km from Mamiyur shiva temple. I would say the location of the hotel is excellent. The parking facility is also decent and they do have wedding hall and board rooms available. The food, ambience and service of the restaurant staff is superb. The taste of all items that we tried were heavenly. Kudos to the chef for that. Coming to the rooms and toilets, it's clean, comfortable with centralized ac, tv, bottled water, toiletries etc that you expect from a 3 star hotel. It's the small things that actually elevates the hotel from a 3 star to 4 star and one of that is the service. The service provided by staff right from security, reception, house keeping, room service, restaurant is excellent and they do take good care of the guests. I have to appreciate the management for having a good team in place to treat your guests. Overall a wonderful place to stay away from home.

Location is 600m from temple. Can be a bit challenging if you want to walk alone to temple at night. Otherwise all good.

Unfortunately, the local traffic diversions with traffic wardens not used to talking to non natives clearly was the issue on that night. Sat Navigations and Google maps were odds with local traffic arrangements taken by the local police - despite being a quiet day night in early December.

The approach road while towards the hotel is one way and we struggled for a good half an hour as Police were diverting the travel mentioning it to be one way. It wasn't easy to reach the hotel. Calling room service and waiting for so long for a coffee or tea at such a hotel is really unsatisfactory.

Hotel is close to the East Nada and easily accessible. Plenty of parking available.

The checkout time is kept as 1 pm which makes things difficult especially for those attending marriage functions.

Food at the restaurant is below par in terms of offering & taste. This can be improved & also the staff and manager at restaurant was fully confused and lacked service

Gud hotel with nicely maintained & spacious rooms. Just 5 mins from the temple & railway station is at a walking distance. Staff especially the reception, front desk & housekeeping are very polite and helpful.
