Indiacheck in was terrible with another guest next to me was continuously yelling at ur staff but nobody could stop him. lady who was checking me in abruptly left and guy came and completed it. nobody smiles. zero human touch. zombie front desk. check out at 12 all counter busy doing check inns. y u cant tell these early arrivals to sit at sofa and respect people who are following hotel schedule. if i come at 12 noon will u allow me to check in. then why such favors for others. check out guy said will email me invoice still haven’t received it. room charge i paid with cc and room service with cash. still no copy received. very bad experience overall.

IndiaThe bad: 1. Staff: Heavily understaffed expect service to be slow. The response of few of the staff also didn't make me feel I was in a Five Star property. 2. Cleanliness and condition of the property: We had to get one of our rooms changed as the bathroom shower was defective and the bed was dirty. 3. The worst part: As I have already mentioned I went there to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary I had texted them to decorate the room as a surprise for my wife when we get back from shopping during the day. And guess what? To my utter shock it wasn't there. Nothing.
Was there for 3 nights with my family for my 1st wedding anniversary. I had seen the reviews before booking and hence my expectations were very low. Here are my thoughts about the property. The good: 1. Location- Located on the Juhu beach with direct access to the beach you get breathtaking views of the beach be it in the morning with a cup of coffee in your hand or enjoying a majestic sunset or even at night with the cool breeze blowing across the property. 2. A few of the staff were very helpful. Rest I will describe in the bad part. 3. The food: With a wide variety of cuisines the food was really good. Be it the the morning buffet or midnight meal the food never disappointed.

United KingdomLiked the location only. One chef was good. Dislike the room not upto date of 5 star. The kitchen staff are poor hospitality. I ordered food to the chef JP 2 hours before time if my dinner but no one even bothered. When I asked than they cooked. I starved . The travel person cheats on me. The fare for 6 hours he asked me to pain on drop off by hotel Taxy. Cheating. I will never ever stay there again. I will not recommend to any friends and family.

Lot more changes required in training and the attitude of the reception... Gave us a Room with part sea views and part building... Had to demand a change, however they tried to sell a dud room for which we'd paid extra for the sea views... Make sure of the room at booking time.

United KingdomI was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff member that was at reception on our last day. She had a real abrupt manner and humilated me. She had no customer service skills and spoke to me impolitely. This came as a surprise as everyone has been really friendly to us and treated us with great respect. As an Independent travel agent, I was very upset. I will not be returning to your hotel and sadly will not recommend it to my clients.
Check in staff at arrival was very professional and welcoming. Yashvi gave us a complimentary upgrade and was so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice, with a great view of the beach. We even watched the sunset from our room. Dev was also very professional and conceiage staff were all very helpful.

IndiaChilled air condition.. no control from room. Air condition control switch in the room is just for show. Temperature always remain 20 degree irrespective of whatever you do. Technician said it’s a centrally controlled and we cannot do anything.
