Over all experience was good but they didn’t had good power backup as i was with my infant the during night when the electricity went off we had to call the house help again again to initiate the back up of our area ..

The beach is not pleasant and the rooms are very rustic. Access is difficult, easy if you have a car, but without, you really need to rely on a taxi as its a 3 km walk to the main road. They don't have a liquor licence.

The location is very pleasant. You feel like you are on a topical island, even though you are only 5 minutes from the airport. Its quiet. You have a private cabin in lovely garden environment and the pools are great. There is a restaurant on site, which had good food.

The restaurant/dining experience needs some improvement. Variety is lacking in buffet breakfast and the staff serving food can do with some proactiveness.

The wooden cottages are nice with beautiful green surroundings.

We visited during the off-season when the room had a musky smell of dampness, with lizard-poop all over. The property needs to be better maintained, cleaned and aired during the rainy season. The restaurant food was not fresh, and very oily. Although the room service was very prompt, not having telephones in the room made it difficult to maintain communication as the mobile signal is not great at the site. I personally love dogs, but the stray dogs in the property didn't seem very well taken care of. Some of them had diseases. The pools were not functional and extremely unclean. Although the stay was not horrible, it was definitely not worth the price.

The resort has a lot of greenery and the rooms are cozy. The ocean is right next to the property and the gardens are very beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needed much maintenance. Unfortunately the staff lied to us about alcohol, when we asked for two beers they told us they couldn’t serve it to us as the elections were on. It turned out they lost their license. Very disappointing..

Beautiful location overlooking the sea. There were lush plants which attracted nature. The room was comfortable and close to the airport as a final night stay in Goa.

Bedsheet not clean We slept on pillows covered by our own teeshirt.freshly painted room with painting spots everywhere..garbage outside the room...broken wood and shelves just left outside room.. We choose the property for the pool...and unfortunately an event was in preparation with unskilled noisy people.many stapples all around the pool . cigarette filters...noisy organizers looking at us as if we were inviding the premises...

Nice chalet but not properly maintained.. locks don’t work properly. Had Ants in the room and bed and everywhere and had to change the room. Tadpole in the wash basin and bugs.. dead leaves were everywhere in the balcony. Such nice place but shame it’s not clean and properly maintained.

Without your own vehicle its pretty far to access even to the nearest place. The food options are limited except for the only restaurant of the property. Bogmolo beach is not far away. Probably 2 kms from there

Though the location is sea side but cant access it since its rocky. Situated at a higher location well maintained landscape good place near to the airport. The wood log rooms concept was nice and interesting.

Rooms were very run down and in desperate need of a makeover. Air con did not cool the room at all. Bathrooms really dated.

A beautiful resort built with a lot of attention to detail. Great staff ! Extremely helpful and considerate. Yummy food with ample vegetarian choices at the single restaurant.

The room was'nt clean. and we had a bed bugs on our bed, after that they changed our room. There was a leak in the shower The beach isn't clean and exploded with broken glasses

The cabin smelled when we entered, possibly because of not being used for a while. The bathroom also was passable. The hotel doesn't have a hotel phone but only mobile numbers we need to call, which I think can be fixed.

Receptionist was really bad at the time of checkin. “Simran Kaur”no etiquette’s. She was Rude initially. she asked me to pay 1500 extra for no reason. She was trying to Fool. when I told her she is doing wrong. She Ignored everything I said. really disrespectful. will never visit again just coz of her behaviour. I booked 2 Rooms similar kinds Garden view as Sea facing wasn’t available. 1 was good and clean. other Room wasn’t clean and downgraded one. I Ended up paying the genuine amount as booked by Booking.com at the time of checkout. Location is bad :( only good if you go with your own Vehicle. no access to beach :( At night it’s not even lighted properly. makes it quite scary to even walk within Resort. as mentioned Near beach with access. I have stayed in many Resorts similar Kinds But this one was not Lit Properly. No go to Beach side after sunset coz it’s very very dirty with broken glass bottles as it’s completely Dark. High Chances of injury.
