We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

An old house beautifully converted. On arrival we received a welcome drink and a warm welcome from Antoine who couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was fresh , clean and very comfortable. We received a recommendation for a pizzeria that proved to be a real winner.

SpainPersonnel must be better managed when it comes to meals. You need to wait for certain food during breakfast because it is finished and till they are not refilling. And during lunch and dinner seems to have a bit caos, as you have to wait so long.
Every detail counts. All is well designed and building is really nice. Room is very big and clean, but specially comfortable.

United KingdomCentral air conditioning was too cold and difficult to control as we didn't have any manual control from the room. It required constant communication with reception, whose staff was great, including in the middle of the night. They should fix the system to allow manual control. Some of the facilities seemed brand new, freshly painted, so some features kept falling from the walls (soap and lotion dispensers at the toilet).,which were glued not properly fixed up. Also the room and toilet could benefit from additional hangers for towels and clothes/bags, as there aren't any.
Beautiful location and facilities, nice restaurant, amazing pool and jacuzzi, very friendly staff.

United KingdomWe truly enjoyed this magical place. Relais San Martino is an authentic and charming hotel. Staff is very attentive, and the quality of the food is extraordinary. Our favourite spot was the seating area near the lemons tree. Very relaxing after a day on the beach.
