No kettle, iron and ability to set your thermostat in the room. This also is not available on request, you'll be asked to get hot water form the lounge bar which is normally unmanned and closed at 11 pm onwards, very hard if you're travelling with little ones or older ones. Also, if you have lakeside view, there are 2 dogs in the property next door that bark at everything and all night. Nearly all things outside of what you have booked with room will cost you.

Temperature of indoor pool water is on a limit to be cold. Breakfast is quite poor choice, we stayed 6 night absolutely you are disapointed on 3rd / 4rd breakfest time.

Location is really good to explore Garda lake. Hotel is a bit outdated but still good value for money. Amazing is cleaning group which change bad and towels everyday.

At the SPA reception, didn't feel cosiness, due to the basic pool smell, having no chill music and the staff was not happy to welcome you.

The pool is tiny and very dark to my mind. Doesn't offer the sense of a cosy SPA when you go through the SPA reception in your way to the pool, though.

Hotel asks to use swimming cap in external pool. Gym room was hot, no window, and one out of two machine broken. Repetitive breakfasts with average choices of food. In general hotel is ok but overpriced.

Location was perfect for us and good free outside parking. Nice view from the room (part lake view room). Friendly staff. Rooms not too big but clean with nice balcony.

Very nice hotel, perfect getaway for family’s vacation. Great pool area inside and outside, nice breakfast selection. Staff very friendly, room spacious and balcony with partial view of the lake is spectacular. Housekeepers keep the room precisely clean.

The pool (indoor/outdoor), the SPA, the common areas are multiple, all well kept and clean, big, easy to access and enjoy. If I have to pick the best thing over all during our stay: the twin bed :) enormous and super comfy

indoor swimming pool was closed all day because of renovation we came from London and our way was very long ,i thought we can enjoy the outside swimming pool after dinner- but was closed i dont know why need closing the swimming pool at 7pm in summertime when the weather is around 40°C. the restaurant is expensive and the food portions are very small our daughter has never eaten such delicious spaghetti before, she liked it so much that she even asked for a plate, which surprised us

the hotel is in excellent place,close to the Lake. Our room was very clean otside was very very hot weather but in the room has AC. the breakfast is varied. the pool is nice, ( was funny that need using swimming cap) we arrived at 8pm but we found parking place

The location is a little far from Desenzano especially in the high summer heat it's a bit far to walk during the day. Bus service is poor and taxis hit and miss.

The hotel was very well equipped and has all the facilities one would want. It's a bit of a maze, so make sure you explore the whole hotel including the below ground passage that leads to lakeside garden and jacuzzi, that like a little hidden oasis. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Plenty of food options at breakfast. Manuel in the bar was a gentleman, looked after us the whole week we were there with drinks and complimentary snacks.

The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable. I was travelling with my dog and needed to pay 15 EUR/day for the dog. One time cleaning fee would be totally acceptable for dogs, but an extra fee per day….!? That’s outrageous.

I loved the private garden next to the lake. The room and the terrace are big enough, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Not easy to walk to shops or restaurants and car park gets full in the evening.

Great views and fab breakfast! Pool in the spa area was closed, jacuzzi was switched off earlier than advertised and no kettle in the room. But overall a great experience!
