The view. We spent in the Fattoria 4 nights in the small house surrounded by olive trees, 5 minutes from the main swimming pool. Kids loved the swimming pool. House was nice but the second floor where it was really hot.

Good to know: The kitchen equipment is very basic. One fan/apartment was not enough for the Toscan summer. Some days not enough sunbeds around the pool. Noisy kids in the other apartments.

Beautiful and quiet location, friendly staff. The pool is nice and you can stay under the canopy of the trees if you prefer shadow. Extra bonus: the water in the tap is so soft that all my skin problems disappeared in 2 days.

If you want to visit some turistic points it’s minimum an hour by car. I was in the building with couple apartments so you hear the neighbours.

There is really nice swimming pool with plenty of place. Helpfull staff. Big advantage - mosquito nets. Nice restaurants in Coleoli as well as Palaia.

The whole environment was beautiful, comfortable and very relaxing. The apartment was nice and clean, the garden quiet and peaceful, with great surrounding and view, as well excellent pool area.

The Kitchen could have been modernized. The electric stove could have been modernized. TV was also too small. A dishwasher in the kitchen could have made things more easier. As the apartment is equipped with kitchen and rated 4 start it would be great if there are some provisions like Tea / coffee / Salt/ Sugar etc but this was not available. The approach to the location should be precisely mentioned by the property provider. If you use Apple maps or google maps it will take you through a route where you will feel unsafe with a 2WD drive vehicle. Please always approach colleoli from the direction San Gervasio. This road is the most accessible for the any type of car.

location was really awesome in midst of the Tuscan mountains among the Olive plantations. Extremely quite and peaceful during the entire day. Stay stress free with limited mobile connectivity but strong internet connections.

The apartment was extremely warm and didn't have air-conditioning. We had a fan at least which helped at night.

The location was amazing. And the pool too. We also like that our dog was welcome to stay and join us around the pool area! It was great value for money.

- The photos of the property created false expectations. We expected that the pool will be in front of the house, but it appeared to be a 5 min walk through olive trees field. During July heat or during dark evening it was not very pleasant. - the staff was friendly, but not always available. Our kid needed to use a toilet, and it was impossible to find any, nobody was at the reception to help during day time. To send a kid to the appartment was also not an option, as it was too far away. - too hot inside the appartment during summer, the provided fan doesn't help a lot. - very hard beds, couldn't sleep well.

- the appartment was cosy and spacious. - quite, rural neighbourhood, which can be a minus as you will not find much nearby. There are no decent supermarkets in a reachable distance by car. We would recommend to bring stocks of food with you. - very nice pool open 24 hrs. - very peaceful atmosphere

I was truly impressed by the tranquility and breathtaking views Fattoria di Colleoli offered. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape and served as a splendid base for exploring the cities of Tuscany. The clean and refreshing pool was a delightful oasis, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate. Moreover, the staff's friendliness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

our appartment had problems with the heating, but staff was very reactive trying to fix the problem. Eventually, we had to change appartments, but all went smoothly and we got an apologetic gesture, so nothing to complain about. very decent service!

The property itself was very basic, we are use to Airbnb and usually at all these properties there is a welcome pack, we arrived late at night and there was nothing available to us, apart from what we were able to bring with us. It’s something they should consider,there wasn’t even salt and pepper, a very basic thing.

The swimming pool was excellent. and the location was excellent so were the staff, very helpful.

A local road next to the appartment. It is not very busy, but it somehow spoils the quiet location. Mosquito invasion. The kitchen could have been better equipped. A electric water kettle or a coffee machine woyld be nice.

The Granaio appartment is very basic, but there is lots of space,. Beautiiful views. Nice pool, Nearby restaurant. Major sightseeings within an hour by a car.

Shower - water pressure disappointing; water temperature did not remain constant. Since we were there to attend a wedding, a full length mirror would have been good.

As mentioned above. Plus: pool was lovely; coffees, olive oil, wines available in office a nice touch.
