I had some problems with the bedroom door, where i contacted the staff for some help. They were a little annoyed because there was a video explaining that that i didnt see. The should solve this

No daily cleaning service, no towel replacement, and the curtains need to be fixed. There was no electric kettle provided. Bed sheets, bathroom towels, and an electric kettle should be provided for guests.

Location :- Excellent Room:- Excellent, but there are areas that need improvement. The window curtain was broken, and basic facilities were not provided, such as an iron, electric kettle, and daily room cleaning. We stayed for 3 nights, and we had to use the same towels and bed sheets throughout the stay; no one changed them, which was very disappointing. The only positive aspect was the location, which was excellent. Bathroom: The bathroom was good, but the sink was leaking due to a blocked drain.

The check in was a disaster. Waited 1 hour to stand in a line for self check in, only one machine and everyone uses the same machine.

While these check in processes don't suit everyone they do well here with options for luggage storage. Self check in processes are becoming increasingly common. I would recommend they replace the sofa bed with a second full bed.

Excellent location and the price paid was very fair for the location. If you aren't too high maintenance you should be fine - the room (and especially the bathroom) are looking very tired but they were clean and functional. Good wifi. I was perfectly happy to put up with the shortfalls for such a stellar location.

Very good location. The accomodation provides lockers to store our luggage when you arrive before check in time which were a life saver. The check-in process was very easy and our room was just as described and very clean.

The price for additions was a bit much (like an extra sheet) and despite an air conditioning remote, there was no air conditioner unit.

When we arrived at the hotel and tried to pay the tax at the self check-in, we spent more than 15 minutes because the machine had no paper and wouldn't let us pay. Then, when the small box opens, it's not a key but a white card that's hidden and not very easy to see. Also, the air conditioning doesn't work properly.

Clean comfortable room in an excellent location. City center but quiet alley. Room had lots of light and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and well functional. Plenty of outlets. The room was surprisingly large.

Each morning a puddle was on the floor between the room and bathroom. The shower setup is not the best at keeping the floor dry.

Lacked - Table and Chairs ,Shelf in shower for toiletries and a Fridge. There were exposed screws on the wardrobe and broken sockets by upstairs bed. Online pre-check in did not work (this meant we had to reenter details when we arrived) Was sent a lot of irrelevant information about their other apartments which made instructions confusing. The owner sent a message what came off as a rude message when we asked for clarification on where the room was.

Amazing location - Extremely close to the arena and shopping area with almost everything being under 15 minutes on foot making it very easy to get around. The train/bus station is a reasonable 30 minute walk which made visiting nearby cities easy and affordable. The property has a lift which was welcomed after a tiring day walking around. Everything was nice and clean we didn’t find any mess or dust during our stay. The two beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice and easy to use. Self checkin and checkout worked when we got the property (even if the pre check in did not show on the machine).

We had a very pleasant stay at the Room Verona Ai Conti. The communication beforehand was a little bit confusing regarding the check in, but it worked out fine after arriving at the place. Our room offered enough space for two people and had a nice window and an in-room bathroom. Some of the utilities weren’t in the best conditions (chipped floor in the shower and the toilet seat was a bit loose) but everything was clean and we were really happy during our three night stay. Since the rooms are located in a small street there wasn’t much noise and we also didn’t hear the other people staying at Ai Conti. The best aspect of the accommodation was definitely the location. Directly at the arena, the whole old town of Verona was easily reachable and it was really easy getting everywhere. The only downside, if you’re arriving by car, is that there aren’t any parking spaces nearby. For the price I really can recommend the accommodation and if I should revisit Verona I would book the room again.

The place is in really amazing location. It was close to everything what we wanna see. also around 15 minutes walk to train station, where you could take for example train to Venice for one day trip, and of course bus for the airport. the room and bathroom clean Bed comfortable Check in easy
