United KingdomThere was not a bar as such so we had to order drinks from the reception which took its time especially when they are dealing with other guests checking in. Breakfast was ok, but finding the Milk for my coffee was a little annoying. It was on the breakfast cereal table and not next to the coffee.
The rooms are excellent and immaculate and the bathroom was as big as some rooms I have stayed in but the restaurant was EPIC. Beautiful setting and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend the steak and the sea bass.

BelgiumA bit surprised this is a 5* hotel. Room didn't meet those expectations.Some remodeling would be needed, no coffee/tea facilities,... The room we got for the charged amount was OK, but this was supposedly a free upgrade. If charged more, value for money would've been off-balance. Bed, especially pillows, not very comfortable.
