It was a bit far to get to the center of Forio and Bus and other transport was not so reliable. You needed to use a bath cap in the swimming pools. Most if the staff were nice, but some where not very friendly.

Very nice facilities and nice hotel. Very good food as well.

The boss at the breakfast was rather rude towards me, maybe he didn't simphatize with me, but as a professional he can't afford this. And to add he was very loud all the time with the staff as well. I believe he is very good at his job, but, having been many hotels I have never experienced this.

Charming, clean room, comfy bed, really good air condition. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. Nice swimming pool and enviroment. Not far from the center and close to the beach.

Very comfortable stay in lovely ischia - relaxing and welcoming they do evening aperitivos with live music and access to free yummy buffet if you order a drink. Staff was friendly and the restaurant staff was particularly kind and professional.

The beds weren't comfortable. I was looking forward for meal because I read a lot of possitive reactions especially for breakfast but I was dissappointed.. there were mainly lot of sweet options but the croissants weren't fresh, they were mostly dry and hard to chew. The dinner for me was too heavy and negative was that the drinks weren't included. In the pool you have to wear cap.. i didn't read about it before, I would appreciate that information in advance, so I can bring one.

We liked Ischia itself.. the pool, whole areal..the stuff was nice.

The rooms and bathrooms were somewhat basic and we had a few minor things that needed correction during our stay. The staff very attentive though to correct this.

Pool area was nice and location good as long as one is prepared for the heavy traffic on the road where the hotel is located (which is a bit challenging at the part with no pavement). Very friendly staff.

The strange way the beds were made. The bathroom was dated and a couple of fixtures were barely hanging to the wall.

We were not warned that several evenings in the week there would be very loud music until late at night - clearly audible from our rooms. Neither were we warned that swimming caps were obligatory in the swimming pools. Expected better coffee and food at an Italian hotel.

Nice environment, rooms comfortable, staff very pleasant. Shuttle service very useful though you need to book in advance and it operates at limited times.

One gentleman who worked there was always giving us the wrong information . They canceled the happy hour party they had advertised because the singer was sick but didn’t inform anyone that it was canceled . Very unprofessional , they could have still had the party or had a backup singer . I dragged my family back for it so I was disappointed.

The location was good but a little tricky to walk to places due to cars on the road. Loved the pool and the great breakfast spread . The free shuttle was great but limited . Beautiful place , comfortable beds .

Not much happening at night, could have benefitted from a better snack bar offering around the pool. Very limited in opening hours. Looked like a great pizza oven at terrace but wasn't open during our stay. 15 min walk to Forio but down the side of a very busy road and buses were always very full.

Going to city centre a bit far away to walk.

Breakfast is really good. We were half board and food was plentiful and good. Staff well mannered and great sevice. Rooms quite comfortable.

The bank bed was inconvenient for the kids, they complained it had stains on the bed sheets and mattress weren’t comfortable. Walls are very thin so you can hear the next room neighbors conversations loud and clear:).

Clean and clear pool with an amazing view of the mountains, great location in Forio, just a few minutes walk from the beach and Forio center with lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was reach with many options, the stuff was kind and offered activities in the Island.

Family room size inadequate for 4 people, room was very small, decor dated and not clean. Free shuttle bus facility was often fully booked. Lack of paths and pavements leading from main road to the hotel - unsafe with children and when walking back in the evening in the dark. Car park difficult to access and no guaranteed space.

Swimming pool on-site (although mandatory to wear swim hats), good breakfast buffet, some very pleasant and friendly staff - particularly Dario, who was always smiling and ready to help.

Rooms were a bit small and our room was close to some sort of engine. It didnt really matter at the end as we were out most of the time.

The location is great, not far from the main city and close to the beach. Supermarket next door and lots of great walks around. Breakfast was great. Great value :)

A ridiculous rule that even gents with short hair had to wear a swim cap to use the pool.

A short walk to the beach and town or could use the shuttle bus during the day.
