When you don't have a lot of time, you want to make the most of it. The approach - here's an app you can deal with on your own - doesn't always work.

In general, the place itself is wonderful. The nature around is amazing. The hotel itself is remote from the centre, but if you go down to the garage, turn right and go straight on the path you can come to the escalator, which rises on Seceda and near the same descends to the city centre. Unfortunately, we got the impression that the staff is not interested in the guests at all. There was never anyone at the reception. It is not clear how the spa complex works and how to get a massage. There was never anyone there either during our 3 days stay. The spa complex itself is not bad. Hamam and sauna, pool seemed quite cool outside. My advice would be: at the booking stage, ask how you can book massages. There are only 2 rooms and 1 VIP for two people. The breakfasts are excellent. The coffee is delicious. Garage and car park available. It is better to find out in advance where you can have dinner and book a table. The room itself is compact but has everything you need, the bed is comfortable. The linen is fresh. Cleaning every day.

The door handle was very loose to our room, we had to push hard to enter the room - its not what one expects with a superior room price tag

.We upgraded to a room with a bath (the supplement was more than we expected) but the room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A veey good selection at breakfast

Exceptional location a 10 minute walk from town. Incredible views. Quiet and relaxing after a day exploring the mountain tops. Excellent facilities. The pool area is immaculate. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who were genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Our room and all public places spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

More on us as we missed it but there wasn’t really air conditioning in the room so it was a bit warm during the day. It was fine in the evenings when it was cooler.

Breakfast was great, the pool and sauna, the views and staff were all amazing. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the funiculars for Seceda and Alpe di Suisi.

We didn’t do Board. But the food seemed very simple. The wine list wasn’t that extensive but manageable.

This hotel was a lovely sanctuary in the mountains. We stayed in summer and it was a perfect stroll down to the village. Max 10 min walk. The facilities were great. The pool and spa area were perfect after a full day of hiking. They also organised some free activities during the week which I’d recommend doing.

This property exceeded our expectations, the team, the food, location and services were all fantastic. Just a short walk to some key chairlifts that take you to Alpe di Suis and Seceda Ridge and so nice to come back to the beautiful pool and spa facilities after a big day of exploring. Thank you 🙏

No safe or salted walk way to use, unless you drive to hotel walking up is literally dangerous on the ice with luggage on steep incline. The room could use eating utensils and a bigger nicer fridge. Sauna isn't turned on till later in the day. 1130 and everything was still off on my last day. Needs a vending machine for soda and water. Large portions of the day and evening there is no access to food or beverage. Had a horrible waiter that took forever and waited till he waited on others first before serving me as a single person. I would would order he then would wait, then take order from other people and my coffee was made 20 minutes later and served at the same time as everyone else although I ordered way before the others, he did the same at dinner service too. These are minor issues and didnt not make much impact on the stay however. The staff in general is fairly kind and professional, although if you don't speak German or Italian communication was at times extremely difficult.
