However, the bathroom had no lock, which made it feel less private. There were a lot of mosquitoes, possibly coming from the river. The door key had a large decorative ball attached to it, making it difficult to carry in your pocket. The Wi-Fi code wasn’t in the room — I had to go down to the reception to ask for it.

The breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes — anyone could find something they liked. The best part was the oven where you could bake your own bread and enjoy it warm. The location was very close to the center of Prato, and in just 15 minutes by train, you could be in Florence. The view of the river was quite interesting.

Bed was too hard for me, first night I had pain in my back muscles after a few hours, Second day was better (I am very heavy, this is my fault)

Very good location between the train station and the walled city centre Breakfast is very good, not only typical Italian but really everything and good taste Staff was very nice and attentive (I have to mention the cleaning lady who was responsible for my room, she is extra super person)

The shower box is very small.

Walking distance to the central station and to the city center, with nice restaurants nearby. Free parking available and pet friendly, our dogs were very welcome there. The hotel lobby looks beautiful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. It took has about 30 min to get to Florence, by public transportation, and cost less than 4€ per person.

It was very cold in the room the day of arrival and there wa no blanket or duvet on the bed, on,y a summer bedcover. I took the spare blanket from the top of the cabinet

The bathroom and some parts of the hotel have strong metan gases, I tried to pay breakfast price many times but the receptionist said my colleague will come and please pay later , at the third day I said I couldn’t wait your colleague and at the end of the accommodation I could pay. You can put some coffee or tea to the rooms and some equipment to boil the water.

Easy and convenient access to the train station. Common area is welcoming with music playing and lots of art displays.

Whilst everything was clean and functional, the bedrooms are a little dated, especially the bathrooms.

The shower room is very narrow, difficult even for smaller asian people.

The room is spacious for two people. It was clean and nice. Many electrical outlets. Good for value and in front of the hotel is a river with a mountain view.

The balconies are bare minimal and you can only remain standing on them so they’re small. And the structure, overall, is kinda no much maintained outside the artful foyer.

Paying €10 a night for parking. Aircon leaked everywhere. There was a bar but never any staff on it.

Location was good. Next to train station and the quiet and beautiful centre of Prato. Staff on reception. Decent view.
