Maybe heated pool for cooler months and just to warm up the water first thing. Advice about public transport as tourist transport is expensive. But nothing much.

I love all the staff as they are all warm and friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The bars and shops are nice and when I bring my disabled husband life is made easy with the concierge buggies. The cleaners do a great job. Always good to see the turtles too.

The property was very dated. And because of that hard to keep clean. I don't think it lives up to the four star rating.

The grounds were beautiful, and the kids club was at extreme highlight. Can't say enough good things about the kids club staff.

Didnt love the food and options at the buffet for lunch and dinner, specially considering its at a moderately high fixed price of 30€ adult and 12€ kids. The beach is rocky and end of April they didnt have any chairs or lounges.

Kids club! My daughter loved it and I got to spend time at the gym! The pool (although extra freezing) tennis/padel, was great. The pizzeria is good, it should also open at lunch.

We were in April, and I appreciate it’s not a season yet, but would be nice to know you can’t use beach access even for a walk. Pictures of rooms in villas are much better than it is.

Breakfast was ok. You must tell people in charge of the breakfast to STOP mixing juices with water, I understand that you try to cut costs but it was one if the worst juice I have tried. I first tried the pineapple, it was horrible, then went on to try the orange juice, both were AWFUL. The other stuff was average. I had paid for breakfast for my whole stay, but after the first one I stopped having it.

Car parking could be better organised. We struggled to find parking spaces a few times.

Great for families to keep kids entertained! Wish the beach was open already to have had the ease of using it from within the property.

We visited out of season (April) - they have 2 pools, 1 was open but very cold. The Olympic pool was closed - access to the beach was closed from the hotel but was easy to get to by exiting the hotel complex. Like most beaches in Sicily/ Italy it was filthy with plastic bottles, litter and boxes everywhere. I really don’t understand why they don’t clean their beaches regularly they are disgusting! + nice variety at breakfast with hot and cold options + able to check in early as room was available + free parking + plenty of space to park + good selection of restaurants just outside the hotel + they offer a €3 single and €5 private shuttle to Taormina which was helpful (pre book at reception), we were unable to purchase return tickets so had to rely on the local buses which were terrible (1st refused to let us board as we hadn’t pre purchased our ticket online and then 2nd bus turned up half hour later and didn’t even stop just shook his head and finger at us so I wouldn’t recommend the local buses!) + 20-30 minute walk to giardini Naxos with plenty of restaurants + quiet room and bed was clean and comfortable (we stayed in the apartments outside the main hotel building)

The "villa" that they offer didn't meet our expectatios at all (need to make pictures closer to the reality then you wouldn't spoil the expectation!) So, we were upset about the place we were put in BUT luckly enough the staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful, especially Giorgia who saved the situation and we did't move out to another hotel (but to the hotel room) and finally we were satisfied with our stay, there are good offer for sportive persons what to do😉 We didn't like dinner offer/choise but that is probably subjective

Fitness, tennis possibilities! The sea very close and almost empty in October, but we were still able to swim!

Everything comes with a cost, but not too expensive for what you’re getting. They do have upgrades to include more amenities so you have that option.

We have been previously in 2019. It was good then and just as good now.

The food on offer was amassing breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable and with air conditioning. The beach is volcanic sand but clean and looked after. There is a main hotel with villas spread thought the grands. Each villa has a number of suites with their own patio. Plenty of room and quiet.

Bathroom need some renovation, feels kind a old. One morning there were no coffee available, all the machines were on error. Elevators are really tiny, stairs felt safer option.

Nice place. Every evening there were some musical activities. Breakfast was good.
