1) The coat hook behind the door unexpectedly fell from the wall on my foot. It was very heavy and my foot still hurts till now. 2) The parking issue. There is a long enough coast line and it was not possible to find a parking place around the hotel. I understand that there are no reserved parking places however it was a big stress for me to find a parking place. I had to park in a wrong place and wake up 5 am when party people left the place and park the car properly.

It felt like cozy managed with care place. Location is super. Restaurant at the hotel exceeded expectations, homemade food, super good. Personnel was nice and attentive even with language bareer.

Generally, hotel is quite old and just partially refurbished. Aircondition didn’t work, they still use the blanket on the beds, some equipment is really old so the comodity its not the best.

Family hotel with a long tradition. Hosts are nice, personal approach…they work hard in their family business…and breakfast is perfect

I really loved the location of the hotel — it was absolutely perfect. The beach was right in front of my balcony, offering a breathtaking view and easy access to the sea. It was such a pleasure to wake up each morning and enjoy the sound of the waves just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made my stay feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, very clean, and surprisingly quiet, which allowed me to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, so there were always great options for dining or just enjoying a coffee by the sea. I also appreciated that the beach offered both a private area with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a public zone, depending on your preference. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely come back again. For me, this hotel deserves a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway with great service and everything you need close by.

Location, 35 m to the beach. In front of hotel is free beach and also many private beaches what is very expencive. Hotel has some agreement with one private beach for 25 euros per day. Also parking is 5 euro per day. In front of hotel in blue zone just park the car amd on reception tell you registration number and pay in reception 5 euro per day. Breakfast also is nice and staf are very polate.

The property is clean, well staffed and the breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and Viareggio right next to it. Also only 30min to the leaning tower of Pisa.

Not related with hotel, beach is quite good(water temp and sand) but at the time we were there sea was very wavy.

Staff is super friendly. Room is quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is quite enough.
