What not to like!

Set back from the main promenade so quieter but just a short walk to the lake. Lovely swimming pool. Lunch and drinks on a big shady terrace near the pool. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Best thing was the staff. So friendly and pleasant and helpful! We had a package from Jet 2 in the older and more basic accommodation but it was still very comfortable. We separately booked a room for our youngest daughter and family which was in the newer wing which had a few more benefits and a bigger balcony which they loved. We requested the room near to each other and the lift. Although they said they couldn’t promise it they managed it. Bravo!

The room was a bit small, however it did not really bother too much. The temperature was pretty warm and we could not really cool the room down.

The pool was great, very friendly staff and free, accessible parking. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from.

There really is nothing negative to say about the hotel, some people may find the rooms a little small and some did not have balconies or views, but when you have the lake 2 mins walk away who needs that! Again, some people would like tea/coffee facilities in the room but it didn't bother us.

Excellent hotel located 2 minutes walk from lake. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I think we had rooms in the older part of the hotel but it was still extremely clean and comfortable, safe in room. Pool was lovely. Even surprised my husband with a birthday gift.

We would liked to of had some more evening entertainment as the one they did put on was very good. The Sun loungers are always as issue on any holiday with people reserving them with towels first thing in the morning then going out for the day and not coming back until 3pm to use them. The Hotel puts signs up saying if this happened they would be removed but they never were.

The Bisesti is in a great location near the Lake and the heart of Garda. The room we had was on the Newley refurbished side so they were nice and modern with good amenities. The Staff were very friendly and organised. Had a nice size pool.

Bedroom a bit tired, shower a bit small. Maybe one or cooked things at breakfast; eggs, mushrooms etc. A very minor & British perspective!

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Pool and bar are a great way to spend the afternoon. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and air con was everything we needed. Super close to the lake and local restaurants.

Room and bathroom a bit small and a bit dated. Hairdryer in bathroom not very good Buffet breakfast catered for mainly continentals - lots of cakes, cheese and hams. Only had fresh fruit salad one day. No jams for on toast.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel , good location , close to old town , bus station and ferry stop. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options .Stayed in the older section of hotel and had a quiet room at back with mountain views.

first room we were given was very poor scruffy furniture and couldn’t get in the very small shower but when we complained they moved us to another room which was better but we still felt the decor and furniture didn’t match the high standards in the rest of the hotel we would have upgraded if we could have done but they were full

The shower in the room was very tight. Breakfast was very basic. Breakfast was to be included but if you wanted something more than bread/ ham you had to pay extra on site for it. A fried egg was an additional €4 for example. The breakfast ends at 10am but we found you needed to be down for 9am to get a croissant.

Location is great. Pool is large and the sun lounge area is big. Plenty of room. Rooms cleaned each day we were there.

Nothing we didn’t like but pool shutting at 7 was a little too early as it was still 36 degrees and sunny til at least 8 and didn’t get dark til 10 ish. Appreciate they did clean the area every night at 7 but felt this could have been done early morning instead to allow evening use.

Overpriced for a 3star hotel, pet friendly means, only dogs less than 15kg, 15 euro a day. Busy road, smal Swimmingpool, towels on chairs in the morning. Breakfast poor. You had to pay for extras. Checking out, pay day before, leave before 10 o clock rather stressful.
