Amazing location, facilities and people! Its such a relaxing place

We could not have asked for a better stay, we were blown away! Paolo and his team looked after us so well. The location is beautiful, car is essential. The pool area is new, clean, well equipped and of course, stunning. The rooms were so cleaned (and cleaned daily). Breakfast was delicious! Every morning was fresh bread, cheese, meats, freshly baked cakes and fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm (the eggs were the highlight of the breakfast!). On our last day, we were leaving for the airport at 05:30 so would miss the breakfast, however our doorbell rang at 21:30 the night before when we got in from dinner, and they had prepared us a tray for breakfast the next morning so we didn’t miss out. They even gave us coffee in a flask! We were so impressed by the service. We also ate dinner at the farm one night, which was a delicious 10 course of small plates, all foods from the surrounding area. We have already talked about how we will come back in the future- such a relaxing, tranquil and beautiful place to stay. Thank you!!!

The area around Cividale del Friuli (and especially Bosco Romagno) is amazing, and the house fits the scene perfectly. The rooms are great with everything you need, and the balcony has a great view of the valley. The staff is absolutely fantastic, they help with everything, speak good English and cook a mean scrambled egg for you in the morning. Oh, and they have three adorable dogs (and love yours if you bring it). Overall, super experience.

We have spent 5 nights in this wonderful property. Our stay was perfect thanks to the fantastic staff. We loved everything, from the hearty breakfast to the comfortable rooms and the amazing views. My personal favorite were the two dogs who made for many funny moments. I also loved very much the birdsong at dawn. The location is perfect for relaxation, but also an ideal base for exploring the area, including Cividale del Friuli and Udine. The Adriatic Sea is also within reasonable distance (Grado is about 50 minutes by car).If you're looking to immerse yourself in nature, the entrance to Parco Bosco Romagno is a few minutes' walk away, but there are plenty of other options within an hour's drive or less.

The only small problem we had was there are no fridges in the room, which is fine in the day when you can order water / cold drinks from the reception which we did as it was very hot in august and it was reasonably priced. However, by the evening (not late) there was no one there and if you want for example a beer after your drive to town it’s not possible. For this reason it would be great to have some sort of access to a communal fridge as we have had in other properties.

Beautiful rustic feel property in the countryside with a gorgeous pool overlooking the view of the hills and vineyards. We had a super welcome from the lovely man on reception who was always very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and seemed new and clean with a good size balcony. Very quiet with not much around so you need a car to reach anything but for perfect for peaceful and relaxing days. It’s about 10 minutes to the local town cividale del friuli, which is beautiful and has good restaurants etc. The breakfast was lovely. Other bonus is they have a car charger!

The breakfast was excellent, room as well as toalet clean and spacious, hospitality excellent, peace and quiet place, with swiming pool (when it will be finished) it will be perfect.

Liked everything.

The setting was very nice in the middle of a vineyard. The host was so pleasant and the accommodations were really exceptional. Breakfast was great. Options for even better. It was very near a large nature park where we rode ebikes all the way from the town of Cividale.

Staff not overly friendly. Understand this is an agritourismo but did not expect to have farm equipment storage in full view. When you drive up to the property you see the older building which is not in the best-kept condition. All other stays already had pools cleaned up and ready to go - this one was not and detracted from the setting. All rooms weren't booked and on our last day, breakfast was very spartan. All of this being said, the place has lots of potential and just needs a lot of finishing touches that will help tremendously. Just not somewhere I'd stay again any time soon.
