Negative: - breakfast was disappointing. There’re many types of sweet and unhealthy food alternative’s such as jams, desserts, cakes( it would be better to have healthy breakfast options such as different cheeses’ olives , healthy breads alternatives , and some veggies. ) The food should be checked if it’s still fresh or warm in the breakfast. - Room furniture and bathroom are too old. - Plastic consumption is unfortunately too high ( plastic cups are used in the restaurant and also in the bathroom) - - Check in time is too late (3 pm) and check out time is too early (10 am. ) We arrived in hotel at 9 am and wanted to enter a little bit earlier if it’s possible but we had to wait 6 hours and there is no proper bar facility in the hotel to spend time. - -WiFI connection is too weak, we had to consume our roaming data unfortunately. - It would be nice to have an extra pillow.

Hotel feedback Positive : -The stuffs are very kind, friendly and helpful. -Providing umbrella. ( you must check it if it works , unfortunately we didn’t check and had bad experience but it was our responsibility) -Free parking area - Clean rooms, daily housekeeping service. - there are supermarket, pharmacy and few restaurants/ bars and the best RENTAL CAR place of Sardinia near by 4 min walk. (CRT & Dammevan Via Cipro 34:c / Diego) -22 minutes by walk from sandy beach -12 minutes by walk from stony beach

Wi-Fi did not work at any point during the whole trip in out room, and the breakfast was kind of bland. No bar outside like on the pictures and you could only bring plastic cups, and you can not bring anything from the outside

The reception staff were fantastic and super helpful and nice, were willing to help us with anything we need! Big thanks to all of them!

Mosquitos, ants and flyes in the room. Didnt like the lounge area in the reception.

Rooms were very dated, bed was not that comfortable, just needs a refresh similar to what appears to have been done to the lobby.

Very good value. Pool area was great, nice place to relax for a few hours. Staff were super friendly. Easy to get to from central Cagliari via public transport. Good value dinners and decent choice at breakfast.

The noise of the AC, this old centralised device is really noisy. We cannot sleep with the noise. The reception was not able to offer a solution for this.

The location is slightly remote for serenity bus access to town and beach are easy 25 mins Great breakfast. Great staff.

Arrived bar closed.. for 2 days staff couldn't be bothered bath had no plug on the sat had to wait till Monday 4 maintenance? Rec couldn't get a basic plug.. when u order food coffee come back wrong order when inform them they leave it and walk away....

room was very old looking. 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed. 1 mattress lower than the other.Shower a disgrace, you had to hold the shower head in your hand to wash yourself. Breakfast was a joke. If you were not up at 7am every morning you missed out on hot food. Needs to shut down and modernise the whole place.

The reception staff were nice an did their best but the hotel and grounds are run down, the pool is unusable, the there is food was food waste dumped next to the pool, the electrical unit near the pool was in a dangerous condition and the whole area was desolate and miserable the rooms were remiscent of prison cells and the lauded ‘balcony sea view’ was a rubbish dump in the grounds. We only stayed one night as it was so depressing.

We booked breakfast but were then told it was not in our packaged - in 50 years of travelling we have never experienced this

it's more like a motel, the wifi wasn't working and the toilet didn't flush well. Otherwise everything was clean and the breakfast was great!

The double bed isn't a double bed. It's two single beds put together which is usually fine but not when there is wheels on both of the single beds. The beds constantly slide around.

Pool was great. Breakfast is great loads of choice. Staff are very friendly would highly recommend.
