How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You have to pay extra for towels and only 1 toilet paper and shower gel was provided even if we booked as a couple
A quite location but still close to the main attractions. About 27min walk away from the leaning tower. Small but has everything you need for a short stay.

The WiFi signal was really bad. we had no wifi access throughout our stay. Even after raising this issue at the reception, this did not improve at all.
The rooms were nice and clean. There was a fully functional kitchen. The camp stay was at a walking distance from the leaning tower of Pisa too.

The bungalow was small, but nicely arranged. Very clean and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and I want to say thank you for helping with my sprained ankle. Every day in the store there was fresh bread and croissants.

Walls seem quite thin so you hear the noise around. Though no one was very noisy and no one was loud at night so there was no issue with sleeping.

The cabin was very basic and the toilet had a strong smell of sewage.
The location was great, just a short walk to the leaning tower and centre of Pisa. The onsite restaurant was very good.

Not very sound proof, the rattling of air con units all night could be heard. We also had a problem with condensation, but probably not an issue when hotter. Would have loved a kettle!
Handy location, ten minute walk to the Tower, supermarket and train station. We loved the colour changing lights in the showers and the beds were very comfortable. The mobile home was very clean on arrival. The youngest loved lizard spotting around the campsite.

Really lovely place and a great location. Comfortable accommodation for a family of 5. Very handy shop on site with a good selection of items. Staff are very friendly and helpful and were able to check us in even though we arrived very late.

It's very humid in the mobile room. There was a lot of mosquitos.
The location is good. 15 minutes walking distance to Pisa tower. The supermaket PAM is nearby and a lot of restaurants around. We felt safe in this camping

Smelled a bit damp you need to also pay for towels.
It was pretty decent overall good parking nice sized room and an outdoor kitchen en suite toilet and fridge was nice and good AC.. Also the staff was really friendly also security guard will let you check in at night if you come after 12am also to check out for very early morning flights

A few minor negatives: the cabin was pretty small, with not much room left after three single beds had been put in it. It also was rather humid and difficult to keep dry even using the air conditioning. The restaurant was not great either. I am not sure if I got them on a bad night, but it took over an hour to take my order, even though they weren't terribly busy when I first arrived. The staff were clearly working hard but they needed more waiters, I guess. The pizza I had was ok but not great. It is nonetheless a decent option for the first night when you're tired and don't want to walk into town. I should emphasise that these are minor points, and it's overall a very good place to stay.
A great camping ground in a great location -- just twenty minutes' walk from the Leaning Tower, and about seven minutes' walk from Pisa S.Rossore station. The staff are friendly and our cabin was small but comfortable. The pool is convenient and has a café so is very good. A great place to stay in Pisa.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to the centre. Although small and basic,the accommodation suited us perfectly. We liked our outdoor space with the cooking facility. The property was very clean.
