Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Old Hotel not to far from Pisa Tower. So you pay more for less quality than if it was not in an tourist area

Unfortunately, problem with water in shower but was quickly sorted (used shower in another room), hotel need a bit of an update but on the whole it's a good place to stay

Getting to the city center is a bit of a problem, you have to go to the bus stop, which is a 10-minute walk away. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, it's actually the outskirts of Pisa. The room I stayed in could use some cosmetic repairs. And my opinion is that there are definitely no three stars here. A solid one star. I was surprised that there was no kettle in the room, but there was a huge refrigerator. Is it so hard to put a kettle and a few tea bags?
A great hotel, a balance between price and quality. I stayed here for three nights. The advantages are a quiet location with mountain views from the terrace. The staff is friendly, good breakfast. Clean room, cleaned once a day. Clean bathroom without odor and clogged drains. On the way back from the center, the bus stops near the hotel.

The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable was the toilet which was situated right to the corner of the sink, so for people with longer legs bit harder to get there but not impossible, just a detail :D
Good choice for breakfast. Quiet place (only some days in the morning they were ringing the bell in a steeple. You can use the bus to get to the center but it is also possible to walk by foot. Nice room, clean, towels included. First we got a room right next to the elevator but we asked if it would be possible to change because of the noise and they immediately changed it :) Would recommend!

It is a good option to stay close to the airport. We had an early morning flight the next day and it was good to stay close. The hotel is kind of basic could be a little updated but it was good for a one night stay. Bonus point for the free and easy parking.

Only the location is little far from city and at late night bus will not be there have to walk 20 mins to reach hotel from bus stop.

The bathroom facilities is very outdated and the bathrooms is quite dirty. There was dust and old dirt on the less used shelves in the bathroom and there was mold in the shower.
The room facilities is relatively new and nice. A big advantage of this accommodation is the possibility of free parking in a closed area, where is plenty of space. The city center is relatively close from the accommodation and it is possible to reach the city center by bus. The price for this accommodation is reasonable and appropriate.

The Ac was making a lot of noise especially during the night. Something that could not let us sleep was the heat because from 3am to 6am the Ac switches off unfortunately.

If u travel by car the location is very good due to road restrictions . The parking space is more than enough. If u travel on foot u probably need awareness. Everything else was good enough for its price.
