Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. My room was nice and clean and cosy. Even though I saw a strand of hair that wasn’t mine on the bed. The room’s floor was a little bit cold .They had all kinds of food items during breakfast. Love the place because it’s not so far from Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo cathedral.

United KingdomNo extra electric sockets, had to disconnect the not useful kettle to charge phone. Even a USB charger port or two would of be good idea. The shower had a mind of its own, cold first day, super hot the next day! Had to experience an argument of the two staff members near a gas meter, who were shouting their heads off, as I was 3 floors up, I could still hear everything!
The location was decent, managed to find parking (for free) close by, although when asked the parking with the hotel was €20 per day. The breakfast was basic, with something for everyone. The guy who running it by himself did a fantastic job, even on Christmas day! Safe location. Good idea with the front door key, as both nights I was back late.

It was a 20 Euro taxi fare to the centre but there were 2 bus routes that could drop us nearby.The tramworks mucked everything up but once they are complete it will be a very popular hotel The staff were very friendly and spoke good English

The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and a 20-30 minute walk to the Centro area. We enjoyed a dinner at the on-site bistro.

United KingdomIt is about a 30 minute walk (2kms or so) to the main attractions of Florence; buses are available locally as well - these save on walking although not on time. I knew about this already so it wasn't an issue, but something to be aware of for those who don't want that kind of walk.
The hotel responded quickly to a pre-arrival enquiry I made and my room was ready although I arrived early. The room had everything I needed including a small fridge (except the bed wasn't especially comfortable). The breakfast was good and standard "Italian style" meaning a lot of pastries/cakes but also fresh fruit, boiled eggs, ham, cheese were available. The morning cappuccino was excellent and the waiting staff cheerful & friendly.

United StatesSince I was a single older female traveler, I didn't like room across the patio with key entry to 2 doors. There were no motion lights outside the door above. I had to use cellphone light to unlock doors at night. Had very little cellphone power when returning to property.
The staff was very professional and attentive. The night personnel went above assistance. I checked in very late. The late night personnel provided me with food and beverage at the late hour. So appreciated. The eating area small but clean and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated this very much. Air conditioning worked, very very hot during my stay. Wifi excellent. Meals excellent. Breakfast excellent variety of items to eat and cocktails excellent. I arrived late missed regular dinner but was still offered food. The attentive night staff made me feel calm.
