Great location 15 minutes away from the centre, but not too noisy. Very friendly stuff, exspecially the owner Giovanni who gave us all instructions about the sightseeing, good restaurants, etc. Excellent self service breakfast and coffee, which can be enjoyed on the roof top terrace.

The AC was problematic. It properly worked only in the morning for some reason. The view was not so ok, but nothing can be done about that.

Shower door was broken. They temporarily fixed it but it definitely needs replacement. Also the shower was quite small and a bit uncomfortable.

The area. It's very safe, but at the end you will always think that something is wrong. Don't worry though, the other areas of the city are worse visually, so you will feel fine after a few hours at the city. The hotel is not in the city center, but 5-10 minutes walk is nothing. The central station is nearby, the neto station just a couple of minutes away.

This small hotel is a gem for Naples. A bunch of people run it and they love to do it. They are polite, generous and do their best to assist you. The hotel from the outside looks bad, but wait until you get in. The breakfast area on top is great, the breakfast has everything you need to have and if you ask for more, you will get it. The girls there and Giovanni as well are get hospitable. Don't hesitate to book if you can.

The location on Piazza Mercato is fairly quiet and safe but it is a rather forlorn looking place. Not a lot of cafés or bars in the immediate vicinity.

The breakfast was quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good for exploring the historic centre on foot.

The shower was tiny and hard to move around in (though it was nice and hot with good pressure). The wifi was not very good. We picked it on the ability to park; but parking cost €50 for two nights. At least it was secure.

The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice view from the room. The complimentary breakfast was good each morning, and the view from the 5th floor terrace was good too.

The pillows are to high and there was no fresh bread in the breakfast.

Beds were very comfortable. The staff was great, scheduled the taxi to the airport and prepared a breakfast box to take early in the morning.

- Room was a bit dark and the interior design is "special", but just to sleep all that matters is cleanliness, and no issue there!

+ Very central location next to the old town, the central station and a metro station. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff (offered right away to organize a taxi in advance when I asked for information about the situation to go to the airport. Clean room (if a bit "special" in terms of interior design) and bathroom.
