Good location for walking to Vatican City , shops and cafes nearby. A breakfast tray was delivered to the door but it would have been nice to have a stocked tea tray in the room too.

We liked it all.

The location was brilliant close to shops, bars and some lovely Italian outside restaurants. Clean rooms, comfy bed and really good aircon. Nice breakfast delivered to your room. Fruit and pastries. Shower was good with toiletries. The host was friendly, he recommend places to go and helped with taxis. Would recommend. This hotel is close to the Vatican on the north side of the city.

A little hard to find.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and the included breakfast is delivered to your room promptly at the time you requested. A little tough to find the hotel and appears somewhat Spartan when you arrive but the value for money is high! On the comfortable bed and quiet of the hotel you sleep soundly without street noise and can walk easily to many locations. The hotel also arranged a car to meet us at the airport for a very reasonable price. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend and stay there again.

1.) Unfortunately, the first room that was assigned to us (room "Z" on the 5-th floor), was impossible to be used, because of the horrible smell (most probably due to the old sewer of the building). We got another room next morning, after complaining and also a financial compensation, but the memory cannot be erased... 2.) The breakfast is "spartan" (read "poor" and "limited"), as you can only get 1(one) scrambled or boiled egg, 1(one) fruit, 1(one) croissant, 1(one) glass of juice and 1(one) coffee or tea, at your choice. The same every day, which is not pleasant for more than 2-3 days. 3.) Furniture in the room and appliances in the bathroom are most probably the same since establishment (9-10 years?) and show their age.

First of all a very (!) friendly staff, doing their best to please and help their guests - THANK YOU Gianluca!!! Location very good, easy to get by public transport to different areas of the city. A plus also the breakfast in the room.

The view from the window was in the inside court of the palace, which wasn’t very nice and private.

The room and bathroom were nice. The only downside was they didn't have a dining room, and breaksfat was brought to the room. Not enough space in the room to eat confortable.

This is purely personal, but the bed and pillow were not comfortable for me.

Good breakfast. Not outstanding, but not bad. Everything is fresh and tasty. Good enough to start the day. I want to give a special thanks for bringing it to the room. It's a perfect location, the apartments are stunningly clean and the very very very kind personal. Recommend staying there if you're in Rome. Will come back!

Very nice place definitely worth of the price in Rome. Walking distance to Vatican (15 min) and Angel Palace (10 min) and Metro station (10 min). Pleasant staff.

There isn't anything not to like really.

The location was great, north of the river, 10-12 minutes walk from The Vatican. The beds are comfortable and there is a good shower. There isn't a communal area where breakfast can be served so it is delivered to your room. You can select what you want and the time you want it at. Exceptional value for money considering you are in the centre of Rome.

No sound isolation. Can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the neighbour apartments. Staff comes early in the morning (around 6 am) and makes laundry, which is noisy.

The room was basic not deluxe. Bathroom door opened to the bed..only 2 pillows supplied. Street noise was continuous, it didn't keep us awake (good sleepers with plenty of prosecco).

The location is close to the Vatican, so away from the craziness of central Rome. The bathroom was well presented. Size of the room was great. Although the room needs a good licknpf paint it was fairly clean throughout..it also had a decent size fridge.

it needs a lot of work , there were holes in the wall, jacuzzi didnt work, breakfast was lukewarm .. bed duvet was a sheet and its just not very hygenic considering how many people touch naked blanket

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable as a bed.
