How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Personally, the structure of the beds make a bit too much noise, so I felt I was disturbing the sleep of the other girls in the room.
The receptionists were really kind and lovely. The beds are comfortable and clean, as well as all shared spaces.

It was a nice experience. I stayed there for 2 nights. The staff as well as the roommates were nice and cooperative. Also, the place was near the tourist places

There was a constant damp smell, but not overwhelming to me (manageable).
Great location, close to Roma Termini, and it was easy for me to walk to the main places. The host was nice and always there. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice not to have a bunkbed but a single bed. The bathroom was inside the room, which was great. Everything seemed clean. The room has a locker with a lock and side table.

They don't keep your luggage after checkout. Bathrooms are like really tiny.

Just one shower for everyone. Was not a problem as I stayed in Narch but will bw challenging if running full capacity with eleven ladies.
Excellent location 5mins from Rome Termini. Spacious dorm room and kitchen. Person in charge Hema was always helpful. Ladies only hostel.

Bathrooms could be a little bit better (although we’re certainly clean), but for this price it’s not a huge deal.

Keep in mind that all of the pictures they have of the property are old. It doesn’t not look as clean or as new today. They do not use covers on the comforters, pretty sure they don’t wash those with every guest so at least a cover would be nice.
The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Roma Termini. At the time of my visit it was almost empty so got to enjoy as if I booked a private room. Price is also a plus too.

shower didn’t have hot water and the toilet was hard to flush at first, pillow wasn’t very comfy.
host is very nice, and the room is spacious and comfortable and only 4 beds per room. Also good location near Termini.

The room doesn’t have a lock, and in the middle of the night, male staff would open the door to let new guests in. There’s absolutely no privacy.
It’s close to the train station, and the room has a private bathroom.

The bathroom with the shower in the middle is a nonsense. We were told this bathroom (there were 2 of them) was only for using the WC, not the shower, but the shower is in the middle between the WC and the sink, making it super inconvenient. The staff is kind but it’s super weird that is a only female hostel and the receptionist was a man. Our room’s door didn’t close making it less safe and what’s the point in having lockers if keys of the locks are the same… (we tested accidentally since we were 2 girls and had 2 keys for 2 different lockers and we swapped the keys unintentionally and realize the key opened the other lock)

It is located in the third floor without elevator service so you can put that into consideration if you’re bringing a lot of luggage. Cos you will be climbing lots of stairs 😅
Located in a residential building and is a convenient location i would say. Walking distance to the main station.

Showers look little grubby, but cleaned everyday
Good location, also close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus. Friendly staff, my room had just single beds which was nice. Different flats in an apartment block. Free wine at 7 pm. Breakfast croissants were delicious!

The cons is the stairs! No elevator. That make it super hard specially with bags. Don’t expect any type of help also a super big CON ; you CANT leave your luggage’s if you check out: that’s super inconvenient . I had to walk lots with all my stuff to find a storage luggage and it was $25 for the day. So basically throw $10 more and stay one more night in a cheap hostal. The bathroom needs some reparation. Main shower isn’t working and some of the lights either.

It's difficult to find the entrance, they should put a sign. It's not about the administration but the other people in shared rooms should keep it quiet if they are going to be back after midnight

There is only one shower and washroom. And the reception is a man. I thought with a place for only women, the staff would be women too
