We had a vent in our bathroom and could hear a lot of the bathroom of the room next to ours.

Location was great, all the staff were really lovely, kind and helpful. Loved the zero waste philosophy, the pool and the spa! The interior design of a lot of the spaces (bar in particular) were really stunning. I would recommend paying extra for the beautiful view of the Vesuvius

Very happy with stay.

A lovely stay in this centrally located hotel. The walk through the art gallery corridor (and for my children the occasional ride in the golf cart) was a memorable experience - with the positive feeling continuing inside the hotel. It was quiet while we stayed - but you could imagine there being lots of space to relax even in summer with lots of garden / lounge and different bar areas to lounge in. The pool was lovely - although cold as we were staying just before it gets heated (and it gets very little sun) and the gym was small but had all you needed. The breakfast had a good range of choice and our room - we were upgraded to a Vesuvius view interlinked room rather than GF family room - was stunning and had all you needed for a relaxing stay.

The long walk in from entrance very impersonal reception desk no information about sights to visit but when we spoke to staff at reception they were courteous and Paulo senior was very helpful with a issue we had

A Great Location. 2 Min from Central Street with all the shops and restaurants. The Staff is really nice. We also got a lovely welcome gift (reusable water bottle), which I really appreciated, as they care about the environment It's really good and comfortable to have parking in the hotel for those who travel by car. Also the Hotel is really well designed with a lots of cozy seating areas

Excellent hotel - very unique entrance with an approx 200m tunnel to walk through to arrive at entrance proper. If needed, they have shuttle to assist with getting through tunnel as well to assist with luggage. Room was spacious and had sea and mountain views from balcony. Really enjoyed our time in Sorrento and in Conca Park Hotel. We used the great spa facilities which were clean and well priced. Definitely recommend this hotel for Sorrento!

We had had a terrible experience with another hotel booked through tui holidays and were refused any help to move hotels we contacted conca park through booking.com and within an hour we were welcomed at this beautiful hotel the staff were amazing we were given an upgraded beautiful room complementary mini bar even invited down for a drink by the management the housekeeping staff are so lovely the room was immaculately clean and they had taken the time to lay rose petals on our bed in the shape of a heart as we were staying for a very special occasion and had such a disappointing start to our trip to sorrento breakfast was really nice and location was perfect far enough away for for relaxation but a few minutes walk into the Main Street off sorrento ideal location for exploring or taking the ferry to capri as I work in the hospitality industry myself I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning thank you so much to all the team at conca park for your help

Crowded pool area.. difficult to get a sunbed in the morning unless you are up at 8am . Staff do their best to find you somewhere. After excursions in the mornings we usually found a place as the hotel casts shade on a lot of the sunbeds so people leave after lunch .

Food: We only ate breakfast in the hotel as the location is so close to the old town , delicious lunches and dinners are easily accessible just a short walk away. At breakfast the selection of food was superb. The homemade marmalade was particularly excellent . Accommodation : We were ,I think, upgraded (although they didn’t tell us this!) . We stayed in an amazing room with a stunning view over the bay of Naples and Sorrento .The room was stunning with everything we could have wanted ( including space, comfy beds and outside a jacuzzi , sun loungers and a seating area) . Personal touches : We were provided with a lovely surprise on the second day -a chilled bottle of Prosecco , and on leaving a jar of marmalade both of which were lovely to receive. Overall during our stay we felt like very valued guests

We stayed here before our wedding with our families and friends, we can not fault this hotel. The location is fab to walk into Sorrento from and the pool area is great for chilling around. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay before getting married perfect.

Pool towels should be for free not 3euro per towel and replaceable every day.

Customer service was amazing, extremely accommodating and generous. Buffet breakfast was lovely and a take away breakfast box was provided for two of my family members who left at 3am in the morning.
