Port at walking distance to take ferry for Amalfi and capri

- Mattress was a little too hard for our taste. Still, this is only to our preference - In 1-2 evenings during the August week there were parties on the beach which can be heard till late at night. Nothing the hotel can do about though.

- Location is great - close to all sightseeing places on the Amalfi coast - Receptionist gave us recommendations for the visit on check in. All staff is very friendly and helping. - Sea View is fantastic - Room cleanliness. Cleaning every day. - Price/quality ratio is great

No bus stop around, if you want to go to Sorrento with public transport you need to walk around 1km.

Staff was very kind, when we arrived they gave us useful instructions and informations without asking. Rooms very clean and the views of our room was amazing.

A kettle in the room should have been a help for some late night coffees and snacks if we want.

The room comes with the balcony and a very spacious room. It was a great location and the staff was really, really very helpful. They provided and explained with the map and how to travel. Excellent support from the team. Kudos and thank you. Location is amazing.

Everything was great!

I really enjoyed my stay! What I liked the most was how clean the accommodation was, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the breakfast was excellent, and the view of the sea during breakfast was absolutely beautiful.

Maybe the beds could be a little softer but as we were so tired by the evening it didn’t affect us.

The property is clean and in a very good location. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. They were cleaned every day. Some rooms are better than the others. We had four rooms and oneof them was with a sea view - that was a great room with an amazing view! Breakfast is also simple but has plenty of options. The location is great as there are tours to Amalfi coast and Capri leaving from the harbour near the hotel. You can reach the harbour on foot or by the elevator. I’m especially pleased with the staff - they were friendly and helpful. Angela helped us with the tours so everything was smooth. Thank you!

The hotel is on the 5th floor, there is a lift and stairs. It's a little tricky to find at the beginning but is worth it!

Great hotel with spectacular views. The sea view is exceptional. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Underground car parking is great and keeps your car cool in the summer months. Lovely breakfast. It's location is 10min walk from the train station which can take you to Pompeii or Sorrento, there is an elevator 2 min walk from the hotel to take you down to the harbour which has a lovely beach and restaurants. Directly across from the hotel is the archaeological museum and garden which had live music every night, a lovely bar and a perfect place to watch the sun set each evening.

We had a great time staying here because it was quiet and well located to Sorrento. The room was a good size and it had excellent views of the harbor and sea. There was plenty of restaurants and a beach within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

Beds were adequate for a 3-star hotel, but could have been more comfortable.

We really loved our stay in Hotel Cosmomare! The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a good range to eat during the continental breakfast (lovely homemade cakes, fruit, bread, boiled eggs, sliced salami and cheese and cereal). They also offered lactose-free milk. Even though they have a coffee machine, they are accommodating by making you an espresso or caffe macchiato from the bar. Our room was spacious enough for 3 people, and had a large balcony with a beautiful garden view. Our room was also cleaned and made up everyday, with fresh towels provided every day! The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the train station, where you can either take the train to the centre of Sorrento or to Naples and Pompei. There is also a port at the bottom of the hotel (you can either walk or pay for a lift down) where you can take boats/ferries to Capri and other places.

You have to walk 30 min from downtown Sorrento, however, the streets are so lovely to walk through.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful. Angela was very knowledgeable and professional. The view was stunning.

We had a very pleasant time here. The room was clean and tidy, and it was as comfortable as living at home. The staff always greeted us with a smile and actively communicated and solved any problems. The breakfast was also very delicious. The view from the sea view room was amazing!

This family run hotel felt like a cozy home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Angela, Stefania and others staffs were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We booked a balcony room with breathtaking sea view which was spacious, beautiful and clean. We loved relaxing and winding at the balcony with drinks and cocktails after a long day excursion and sightseeing. Strongly recommend book your home away from home now with Cosmomare while you in Sorrento.

We had a lovely room with a balcony! Our view was amazing of the ocean, hawk in the tree and sunsets! The Breakfast room had the same amazing view. The food and coffee were good but no hot food was offered which was fine for me. The room was cleaned everyday. The Hotel is up on the fifth floor which was why the view was so amazing. The Elevator is small but worked very well. We booked a tour of Positano, Amalfi Coast and lunch in Ravello with the hotel and it was amazing. There are a few restaurants close by. The Train station is about a 10 minute walk. So easy to go to Sorrento or Naples/Pompei. I walked into Sorrento one day and it took about 35 minutes. Our area (Piano di Sorrento) was a little quieter than Sorrento but the price was great!
