The bed was very comfortable, the entire hotel was spotless. It is on a small canal, but very quiet with easy access to other busier areas. The in-room bathroom was a little cramped. The breakfast was okay, maybe some fruit and yogurt would be nice. Overall very satisfied, and when we go back we'll stay here again.

Everything was sufficient and there wasn't anything I didn't like. It would have been nice if the outside area was available during the hours posted.

The location was great and it was easy to get to everything from there. It was nice to know that there was someone on site 24/7 if I needed anything.

I had a single room and the bed was really small.

Great location. Close to all attractions and close to bus/train station. Room was clean. Breakfast is simple but everything was delicious. It has a terrace with a wonderful view. Staff is friendly.

The one thing which is totally out of control of the hotel is the canal activities, delivering goods, clean up etc started around six in the morning a little noisy. While unexpected, did start our days off early.

Location basically in the heart of Venice, easy walking everywhere. Room overlooked on of the canals, very scenic. Terrace adjacent to our room, great for a glass of wine as the sun went down. The breakfast was excellent. Venice coffee is the best way to start the day

Maybe a bit more selection for breakfast would have been nice, and no tea coffee facilities in the hotel except for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, mainly local people and only a short walk to anywhere. The staff members were all nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable and I had booked the on-suite. We also had a canal view. The breakfast was OK, cereals and bread. Nice coffee and tea

Because you share the bathroom with others you hear a lot of doors opening and closing ,that was alittle disturbing at night.

Really great little hotel. It was clean and had everything we needed for your short trip, even though we had to share the bathroom and toilet with others that wasn’t really a problem. Breakfast was good ,nothing extravagant but coffee ,eggs , bread etc,everything that you will need. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I really recommend this hotel. We will be back!

the location is amazing, near piazzale roma (where the bus/train from airport marco polo arrives), in a calm area with very good restaurants. the breakfast, although simple is good and you can smell the coffe while you wake up. The place is clean and everyone is really nice

There was only one problem it's a heating, outside was + 11 at night, when we asked to turn on heating service personnel of the hotel said they couldn't turn it on but they said that they try to fix the issue and we got heating in afternoon for maybe one hour, rest of the days my wife freezed moreover she is pregnant. I don't know why the administration of the hotel didn't want to solve this problem(which was clearly obvious) because I think it's not a technical issue. Perhaps it related to saving money if not, why no one maintains the technical condition of their heating system. In general,in the morning we sneezed and coughing with other guests, in addition we arrived home and got cold both.

Perfect location to attractions and delicious food.Also, it's closed to the train and bus station.The hotel itself has a vintage interior with his cons and prons.

The room was a good size. We had a balcony out the window, which we could get to at any time. Quiet alley right by the canal good view.

A slight problem could be the shared bathroom, but even so, it was squeaky clean and well taken care of. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow so whoever is carrying bigger luggages might have problems with that.

Everything was absolutely spotless, the staff was absolutely friendly and really helpful. I could not recommend this place enough! We adored the view of the canal, and we found the location more than perfect! We are definitely coming back!

The bed slanted to one side a bit.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to and had a wonderful restaurant close by which another guest had suggested. We had dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Dolfin.

The room was cozy and perfect for rest and sleep. The location was excellent, just a 10-12 minute walk from Venice Train Station. There were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite or explore the area. And just from our window, we could see the canal - what a beautiful view! The staff were super courteous and friendly, which added to the overall warmth of our stay. A big plus was the breakfast they served, especially appreciated on a rainy day (Day 2 of our stay was a downpour!). It really made our stay more comfortable.

Because of the fact that the bathroom was on the corridor next to our room, we could hear often people entering and exiting, so it was a bit loud.

Very nice service, pretty room, great view from a window, tasty breakfast, close to the city centre. Also check-in was early, so we didn’t have to wait pointlessly. I absolutely recommend it.
