We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe rooms and, particularly, the bathrooms are in need of an update. When traveling, i want a shower at the end of the day. There is only a very slippery bathtub in the bagno with no curtain, only a glass panel which contains a small portion of the shower spray. Too much carpeting. I sneezed continually and had to use an antihistamine to sleep. My junior suite bathroom was really large, but the tile was scratched from years of use/abuse. The grout was molded. The bathtubs need a rubber antislip mat. We asked for one and it never was delivered. Great water pressure and very nice linens. No clock in the room. I know a 5 star hotel delivers robes, slippers, phone in the bathroom---but who uses these when we have cell phones? The neighborhood is fairly quiet yet well placed.
The Staff! The gentlemen who take care of us at breakfast are warm, kind and prompt. The front desk staff are most professional and accommodating and knowledgeable.
