The hotel could be easy to miss from the street. The reception is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, and there is just a small nameplate next to the main gate. You need to ring the doorbell inside the gate to open the fenced door, and use the lift to go up.

A lovely hotel close to the train station. It's newly renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Close proximity to all the main sites but without the busy crowds and noise. Really peaceful. Nice big room and clean bathroom. I initially had an issue with the heating and they moved me to a different room within five minutes at 11pm at night. The breakfast was good but could be improved with one or two more hot food items for the winter months. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Lara who was very friendly and gave lots of ideas for food places and things to do. Loved my stay. Will definitely stay again next time I visit!

The bathroom has a sewer smell, but I think that’s just the natural smell in Italy as the bathroom was clean. The city also smelled bad. But we’re also from America!

When first arriving, the entrance was not clearly marked and there were no instructions on how to access the property on the upper floors.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. The location was good within easy walking distance of most major sites and good restaurants.

Very small elevetor but was still managable.

Perfect location jsut 10 min walk from main railway station. Bus stop is also very near. Good resraurants near by. Staff was very supportive. All attractions are within 1 mile so we could go every where by walk. Breakfast was really good.

Staff were warm and welcoming. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower worked very well. The breakfast was very good with a very wide selection. The location was very good - one short block from the river and an easy walk to the train. Interesting artwork too.

A chair with a backrest in a room would be extremely useful (there was only a stool to sit on). Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

Excellent location in central Florence, within a few minutes walk to the main train station and to all the main museums - with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - yet on a relatively quiet street. Room service was great - and all staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional - good selection, fresh produce (in particular freshly cut fruit, fresh bread and superb pastries), excellent coffee. Comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, good storage space in the room. Despite taking up a floor in an old building (not very inviting from the outside), the hotel floor is fully refurbished and has a modern look and modern quality facilities.

Laura and her Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Any request, they took care of immediately. Location of Hotel is excellent. Close to the Train Station and about a 15 min walk to the center of the city. It is 3 min walk to the Oltr'arno district, which is a must see. Breakfast was great. Full compliment of fresh foods and they have the self service Cappuccino maker, which puts your coffee in your control!

Allow yourself some time with moving up/down in old school elevator. It’s old world Florence so embrace it

Place was super clean, charming, breakfast was amazing, a lot of food. Laura at check in lovely. We were in room 3 , quite clean good view. Water n coffee in room. Staff assisted with luggage.1 block over great little restaurant

Everything. Super location. A hidden gem. Mainly because the staff were absolutely amazing. Laura couldn’t have done more to help us and make us feel welcome, an absolute gem I wish there was a Laura at every hotel. (The breakfast was also epic)
