Is a good walk from Sorrento central and quite a steep hill but that’s everywhere in Sorrento.

I wish there were more sea views (only one room on the top floor has ocean view). Also wish there was AC.

Beautiful location. Close to excellent seaside restaurants. Walking distance to ferry terminal & centre of Sorrento. Glorious rooftop view across Bay of Naples.

Just a small point/suggestion: No tea, coffee or water in the rooms upon arrival even though there is a kettle.

Loved everything about this place. Staff and management were friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist. Our 3x rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. The location was gorgeous. Virtually beachside, with many beautiful restaurants in the harbour. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The main town square and shopping streets were about 1.1mile away up a gradual stair incline with amazing views. (No good for wheelchairs). We had a 6am bus journey to Rome and with no time for breakfast and so the night manager kindly arranged breakfast boxes on-the-go for all of us. A fantastic place to stay in Sorrento. Loved it 10/10*

I travelled alone; I stayed at the hotel for 13 nights. the location was perfect, the receptions support was 5 stars, the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I already recommended for 8 of my friends. It is 500 feet walking distance to the beach, has at least 7 restaurants on the beach. There are 2 shuttles from the beach which takes you to the center of Sorrento to the Piazza Tasso and the train station.

Breakfast can be improved (I really enjoyed the room where we had breakfast, surrounded by rocks!!)

The hotel is located in Marina Grande, parking is also available at an extra cost. The location is very good for a nice walk to the city center, also you can enjoy drinks at some cool bars on the seaside. I would suggest booking the room with sea view as our view was very bad (but no sea view room was available when we made the booking). Also, breakfast is quite good but can be improved. Staff was very nice!

The room was a bit squashed for 4 people (2 teens and 2 adults) as the ladder for the top bunk was obstructed by the desk but certainly didn't affect our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us around Sorrento and getting back to Naples airport. They were lovely and chatty with us. The breakfast was very good and set us up for the day with a great variety of foods and drinks.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but small. The shower was very small. The breakfast was very good. Located by the sea. walk into city center was uphill and long but there was a bus available every half hour

Lack of view from the room. Nothing to be done about that but everything else was geat.

The breakfast, food was wonderful, just how I like to eat! The staff was great and very attentive to anything we asked for. It would be nice to have a wonderful view from our room but nothing can be done about that. The rooftop deck made up for the lack of view from the room. Wonderful view from the rooftop

Could not find anything we did not like of this hotel.

The staff are very attentive, help with everything. The room is small, but very well designed, it had everything. The breakfast was excellent. The view from the roof is great over the bay and Vesuvius. Only 2 min from the harbor and many good restaurants! Highly recommended.

For our purposes, the location was hard because you had to climb steps and ramps to get to the city center. Definitely not the hotel's problem, but probably would stay somewhere closer to the top of the town next time.

Bathroom and especially shower was very very very small.

We enjoyed being out of the crowds and hustle and bustle of Sorrento. We were only a short walk away which was nice and loved staying in the seaside fishing town of Marina Grande
