It’s not a complaint at all but it’s not central as such, I was aware when I booked so was fully aware. But for those not driving just to be informed.

Super cool hotel, room was well designed & thought out. Very clean & a beautiful welcome vase of flowers. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Owner was super helpful !!! Attention to detail was impeccable

We had a great time in Rimini, the hotel was modern, very stylish and our host very generous and helpful. We had fresh croissants delivered to the door each morning and there were facilities to make drinks in the suite as well as the possibility to fetch additional drinks and snacks from the communal area downstairs. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and there is absolutely nothing negative that I could possibly write about. We visited Rimini immediately after the Easter break and everything was just getting started. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and made excursions in the surrounding area each day. Thank you!

The hotel is bright, modern and comfortable and close to the train station (20 min walk) and to a small beach (5 mins) or the main beach (15 mins).

We were in the very modern penthouse. The penthouse has two terraces equipped with very modern lounges - one of them is huge and had a sunroof. Thanks to the sunroof you can even enjoy it outside when it's raining. The penthouse was very clean and hyper modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. We look very forward to come back.

This was hands down the most beautiful hotel room we habe ever stayed in. With two balconies and an incredibly well-designed interior, the aesthetics of the room were simply breathtaking. And for the price we paid, it was an absolute steal! On top of that, Piero, the host, was amazing. He was 24/7 available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic as well, right next to the beach – the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is absolutely stunning with a thoughtfully designed, modern, and spotless aesthetic. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it’s the perfect location. Piero, the owner, was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The property offers a shared workspace with excellent Wi-Fi, along with complimentary water, coffee, drinks, and snacks. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Very unique hotel, its design is very special as each of its suites is designed by different architects and interior designers. Their is a self check in system, and no keys just code... no breakfast but free drinks, including limited alcohol. Everything works perfectly.Very special place with incredible rooms.

The hotel is modern, the room clean spacious and comfortable. It's the best looking hotel on the road and is a stark contrast to the dates hotels nearby. It's a 3 minute walk from the beach and I'm sure it would be a great location for the summer months (we went in the off season, so nothing to see or do). Would happily stay again for the summer.

This is one of the most awesomely decorated hotels we have ever stayed in, just loved all the quirky features. It offers good secure parking and a lift. Rooms are large and super comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the best Yacht Club right on the ocean. The host is super caring and nothing was to much trouble.

Nothing except that there were a few ants in the room. Nothing to worry about because it wasn’t like an invasion of them but just a few to notice.

The location was excellent being right near a beach, the owner was so friendly, accommodating and helpful, it was unreal. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone if staying in Rimini. Great having a private car park and no need for keys since everything was secured by using a code to enter all doors and the private car park. Room or suite was decorated with everything you needed and included Technogym training equipment including a stationary bicycle. The suite was very large and the shower fantastic. Can’t say enough about this hotel and would stay again when in the area.

Everything was perfect! The room was nice, equipped with fitness equipment, which we loved! Bed was comfortable, room very nice and spacious and they offered baby cot for our baby. The hospitality is high class and Piero and the ladies are superb! We loved Rimini over all and are super glad that we chose this hotel. Perfetto

The location seems superb if you travel with a partner/spouse or business contacts, as there are many excellent restaurants nearby (walking distance). For a sole traveller like myself, I was missing bars/pubs nearby to mingle with locals. Might be due to the winter season, as quite a few places were closed.

Free secure parking was available next to the hotel; very valuable as I had my car full of expensive merchandise. The free bar downstairs is a nice plus; great choice of drinks, even though no other guests were there to chat. Very comfortable bed. Feels very gadgety and modern with all the keypads instead of physical keys/cards. The suite was very spacious and with excellent design down to the very last detail.

Very modern design, fresh decoration, comfortable bed. Easy access in appartment and parking. Will recommend to stay here. Just need to change some presentation photos of hotel outside view for better vision of common imagination. All is perfect here.
