There are no blackout blinds in the rooms, and we had very loud upstairs neighbours, which we could hear. The location is great for the airport transport onlu 20 min. You are 20/25 min away from all the main sites. This became annoying as our trip progressed and the more tired we got!

The hotel feels modern with a lovely breakfast and happy hour. Lovely notes left by staff and a leaving present were very thoughtful. The bed was comfy, and the shower was good.

Only few things but nothing major: shower outdated. As the hotel is very close to the train station, we can hear trains (but this is the downside of being in a central location).

Very clean, and we got a specious room. The bathroom is also a large size and nice except for the shower cabin that was too small and outdated. Very convenient location close to the train station and 10 to 15 minutes from major attractions. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Nice gesture from the management: At check-in, we got a nice welcoming note and a nice gift at check-out. I do recommend this place.

My room is located away from the main street, so it's quiet, but it's also next to the elevator, could hear every movement of the elevator. The room is also a bit small, I could bear it as I travelled alone.

Nice, we loved everything about the place. The staff were amazing, the room itself. They left us a pasta bag as a gift. We liked this act of kindness so much. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, cleanness of the place is good as well. Highly recommended.

The location was super close to the main train station and the tram stop from the airport, however it wasn't the loveliest location. It felt very chaotic and didn't have the historical vibe you get in the city centre.

The room was beautifully designed with great taste. The bed and the armchair were both very comfortable. The entryway cabinet was very practical and convenient. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. Housekeeping kept everything impeccably clean every day. Overall, an outstanding hotel.

Fabulous hotel & staff ... Reception brilliant & extremely helpful... The hotel is right beside the main train station & a lot of bus tours meet in this area before heading off to their relevant destinations ... Breakfast was superb & Adriajik/Giulia were simply lovely, pleasant & very helpful sorting everyone out ... Even day lunches were provided for days out if you had to leave early for the tours ... Just give them a little notice in advance. Would really recommend this hotel ...
