We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A great experience throughout our entire stay, in all aspects: great location, great views over Rome ( mornings from the breakfast restaurant felt like we were spectators from a balcony over beautiful Rome and dinners alike, over lighted architectural silhouettes of the Eternal City, what a romantic and unique feeling!), great breakfast, dinner, drinks; cleanliness impecable, amenities were great. The staff is warm, helpful, attentive- here I have to mention Francesco from the breakfast-the best breakfast experience ever because of him and his collegues. Can’t wait to come back at Hotel Eden Rome!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff specially at the rooftop Resturant are beyond exceptional. The rooms are cosy and the marble bathroom is breathtaking. The breakfast is amazing!!

CanadaThere were no amenities really available in the hotel other than the rooftop restaurant and the gym. I think it's because the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been nicer to have a pool to use.
The food available at the hotel was amazing, my girlfriend was celiac and they were able to accommodate no problem. The staff was very nice and pleasant to speak with.

QatarThey added, as with all Dorchester hotels, the staff tip on the bill as “discretionary tip”. I don’t mind that, however I like to pay the staff that assist me on a daily basis & not equalize all the staff.
The Staff were extremely attentive. The concierge happily helped me with bags from the hotel till the train for no charge at all.

I seldom award a perfect score to hotels, but Eden Hotel Dorchester collection undoubtedly merits a ten out of ten! Our experience was flawless in every respect. From the warm reception to the attentive and professional staff, to the impeccably designed rooms and exquisite cuisine, every detail was executed to perfection! Our only regret is that our stay was far too short but we are definitely planning a return visit!
