You simply cannot beat the location. You cannot get any closer to all of the main attractions. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Rooms are spacious, I liked that there were no bunk beds. First hostel I have stayed in with no bunk beds (and I've stayed in quite a few!). The staff were lovely and very helpful. I had a rental car and parked it in a lot they recommended down the street. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

- Honestly, the shower mat sucks. If they could improve one thing, it would better shower mats because they don't take much to be completely sodden.

- Amazing hostel for location! The view from my room was INSANE. Everyday i'd wake up, and go to sleep and in a short walk from my bed i'd see the Duomo. - It was super hot outside but the hostel was pretty cool inside and provided nice respite from the heat. - I liked the kitchen, the common area and the outdoor terrace which was very peaceful at night. - Rooms are reasonably comfortable, I like the single beds vs a bunk bed. - I'm not writing this as a negative but you're literally above one of the most walked streets, it's kinda noisy but I mean you're literally in the centre of Florence! it didn't keep me awake, tbh I thought it was prettty cool. But you should be aware, it's not a quiet room:)

The location is perfect: close to the main transport station, perfect for exploring the historic highlights. The room was spacious, really "A Room with a View". Nice common kitchen with terrace (and free coffee). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, they gave us excellent recommendation! They let us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out ...

Wow! No elevator. 50+ rather steep steps. My suitcase was so heavy I needed help. I'll pack better next time. Will definitely go back.

Almost none. Just a couple of very minor thing: I think it's better if they can give clearer label on the trash bins to help in separating the waste, also providing stickers/label for foods in the fridge.

The staffs were lovely! They're super friendly and helpful. Bathroom and everything else were sparkling clean. I stayed in their shared room and I got a very spacious room (not the typical bunkbed room!) and big locker (dont forget to bring your own padlock). Very nice common areas (especially the outdoor space) with free coffee and tea. But the best one is the location! Just a few steps away from the market and the church, also close to the terminal. But still very quiet in the evening. They also have 24 hrs reception.

The property is located at the heart of the city with the best possible view. The staffs are very well man and very friendly. The facilities are well maintained.

There was more privacy with the dorms on two levels, on the other hand it could make it difficult to get down with stairs (during the night when no lights in the room and it make noise)

A bit expensive but that is aligned with current Italy prices. Clean, near Duomo 5 mins and train station 5 mins. Good assistance from the reception and great free coffee (kudos for that!)

Sorry, I didn't like having little time there, the place is incredible.

I felt welcome at the reception... a surreal view from the room, perfect for those who want to be right in the center. I loved it and can't wait to go back and enjoy it even more.

Location! It was close to everything! Staff are very nice, friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is always clean, and the bathroom is as well. The locker was big enough, which is good. Beds and pillows are comfy.
