The apartment is located in a quiet area near the Colosseum and the Foro Romano. It features spacious three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms. The metro is just around the corner. In the adjacent building there is an excellent bistro Benso for both breakfast and dinner. A great place to spend a few days in Rome.

Everything was great.

It was central. We walked to and from the train station, but the subway was also available across the street. Everything we needed was a few minutes walk.

Nothing not to like.

The apartment is beautifully and most thoughtfully appointed. Everything we needed was there. It is within easy walking distance of the greatest places of ancient Rome and well located for public transport. The owners' personal connection with the apartment makes it a special place.

Can not find fault

The apartment is fantastic for a group having two bathrooms, beds were very comfortable, and AC throughout so very beneficial with the very hot weather Rome is experiencing at the time of visit. Apartment very clean and well equipped if you want to make breakfast or small meal for yourself Very well positioned for some fabulous restaurants in the surrounding streets and a supermarket just across from the apartment. Metro access within a few metres, and only one stop to Termini Station for all transport options. Very close to Coloseum and other attractions so convenient for walking distance. Our host Laura and her colleague gave us some really invaluable and useful information during our check in, which helped understanding transport options and great places to vist Can not find fault with anything.

Spacious, nicely furnished, with Italian character. High ceilings and good quality fittings. The apartment was very well maintained, thoroughly clean and had all the equipment we needed. We easily cooked full meals in the kitchen. Centrally located near the Colosseum. Quite high above the street, enjoyable street views. Neighbourhood with restaurants and bar/cafes in the streets behind. Our welcome by Laura was warm and helpful. We were really glad to arrive at this apartment and to spend time here!

Nothing, It was perfect.

The apartment was exceptional. Spacious, clean, lots of amenities, and great location. Laura, our host, was very accommodating. She was extremely responsive and very flexible. Was available for any questions we might have, and was gracious in booking transport to the airport. Our stay in Rome, in such a beautiful apartment and excellent host, was perfect. Location. clean great size

Property Size was excellent. Location was perfect, except was quite noisy from restaurants. Love the 2 bathrooms and kitchen was a good size. All in all our stay was excellent and was lovely too meet Laura in person.

Beautiful and very clean apartment on Via Cavour, walking distance to Colosseum and Termini Train Station. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, kitchen very well equipped and the bathrooms extremely clean. We have felt very welcome by Laura, the host, who also helped us to arrange shuttle transport for the airport. She also allowed later check-out, so we could leave our luggage until the flight was due.

Central location (10 min walk to the Colosseum & Santa Maria Maggiore!), big space, full kitchen, 2 baths, extremely clean, lots of space, across from groceries and on top of restaurants...What else one needs? No hotel room ever, equals something like this!

Nothing everything was perfect

The most serious inconvenience was the lift. One of our group was on crutches and you have to climb 12 steps from the front door to get to the lift which is at the back of the house. The lift is also very small with awkward inner opening doors which restricts its capacity to about two people, especially with luggage. It was expensive but given its location and that Rome is an expensive city, I accept that it was value for money. We were a group of 4. It would not be good value for fewer than 4 guests. With 5 or 6 people it would be much better value but needs a few additional plates in the kitchen (See above).

The location was fantastic, Right in the centre of Rome, within walking distance of the Colosseum, the Forum and Termini railway station. The Cavour Metro station was very close by. The flat had triple glazed windows so it was quiet with no disturbance from the street even though it was on a busy road. There was a good quality supermarket immediately opposite for food shopping and many nice restaurants nearby. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and met us on arrival. The daughter speaks good English, her mother was less fluent.. The rooms were spacious, light and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of coat hangers and wardrobe space were provided. The apartment is generally well equipped and many things seem to be brand new. I have only a few suggestions for improvement to the provision of kitchen/ dining utensils. The most obvious omission was the lack of a chopping board or bread board. The tumblers were rather too small and the wine glasses were very large. The spatula was metal but the nice new frying pans are non-stick and will surely soon become scratched unless a wooden or plastic spatula is provided. There is bed space for 6 people but the provision of plates and mugs is a bit meagre of 6. It was fine for 4 people. A tray would have been very useful. as we had to carry everything from the kitchen to the dining room, two people being the maximum number that can eat in the kitchen. These are all small points that can easily be rectified in what was generally a very good place to stay.

Sometimes there is street noise, but as we were so tired it didn't bother us. As the saying goes, you can't have everything.

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment in an area close to Colessum with the metro close by. Only one stop to Termi station. Supermarket across the road. Very well equipped apartment.

Everything was nice

Extremely well located. Walking distance from all downtown area. Few minutes away from Colliseum. 10 meters from Cavour subway station, 25 minutes away from Vatican city by subway. Very clean place. 3 rooms. 2 bathrooms. Well equipped. And Laura is very nice and helpful.
