It’s a bit worn but that’s part of the charm as well. You feel the past history here. Somewhat pricey for what you get, but probably paying for the location.

The location was perfect and the staff very nice and helpful. The rooftop restaurant seemed nice, but we didn’t dine there.

The location is excellent - in the heart of the old city. You can easily walk to many shops, restaurants and sites. The room was on the smaller side but clean and perfectly fine and with everything you need. The room keys were real keys on a large fob that you turned in when you left. We did not do the breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Excellent location at the heart of the city yet quiet and peaceful rooms. Comprehensive range of breakfast offerings. The star attractions were the hotel building and furnishings and the exceptional politeness and friendly helpfulness of the hotel staff. The gentlemen on the reception desk were the very model in this respect.

Hotel in the central part of the city, very busy outside but no noise heard from our room which faced the inner courtyard. The room was spacious and clean, I found the bed was too hard for me, WiFi in the room was good, kettle was supplied along with mini bar, just felt that the room facilities didn’t match up with the 4* compared to another 4* hotel in the city that offered more for less money. Breakfast was good, front desk staff very welcoming, no staff around during the breakfast service that we saw, many tables left uncleared and the hot food choice was poor. Stayed for two nights, the location was the reason for booking.

Excellent location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They showed us a few room options for us to pick. We were able to clean our room before check-in time. Always helpful in giving directions and recommendations. Breakfast is Excellent with lots of choices.

Great location Lovely common areas. Tiny, plain room, but clean and very quiet. Front desk staff cordial and helpful. Lovely common areas. I would like to have been able to have a drink on the rooftop, but only allowed to do that if I ate at the restaurant. You are paying for the location, in the center of town, walking distance to train station and many attractions. I was surprised that my room was so quiet given the location. Oppulent common areas with sparkling chandeliers.

Great location but in a ZTL zone so that was a little difficult to figure out with our car and parking but the staff was super helpful. Very professional and helpful staff for anything you need. The breakfast was easy and very good offering a wide variety of pastries, breakfast items and self serve coffee bar/machine that was superb. Parking is tight so have a smaller car if you require parking. We had a Nissan hatchback and it was fine. Cool hotel to explore inside and on the outdoor patio.

Some other reviews suggest the hotel needs renovation. Yes, it is an old building - but that is part of the attraction. It is beautifully decorated, charming and seems well taken care of. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Centrale Palace Hotel in Palermo. The hotel is perfectly located - close to historical spots, shopping and restaurants. We walked to hotel from the train station. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Wifi was reliable. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of storage. The bathroom was somewhat dated, but very large and very functional. Breakfast selection was very good and was served in a beautiful room. Palermo is a very busy, noisy city and it was a pleasure to return to our room each night to relax and rejuvenate for the adventures of the next day. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Absolutely nothing at all.

This was my second stay and everything remains perfect. Location - I couldn't think of better one. Breakfast - superb. The whole building is very clean and well taken care off. Most of all - this hotel itself is an adventure; you stay in a beautiful updated palace! Walking around the halls and floors is a pleasure. The staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Contact by email and telephone was smooth and pleasant. I advise booking an airport transfer - very good service for a reasonable fixed price. All in all - this hotel was a highlight of our trip to Palermo!

Location is unbeatable, it's right at Quattro Canti. Easy to stroll around, and especially at night there are some many restaurants in the area
