There was nothing at all that we didn't like, we loved everything

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Crisdeth on reception who gave us the warmest welcome and looked after us so well. Roberto who gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant. The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and so comfortable. We had a room on the sixth floor which had only been renovated. The breakfast was plentiful with such a variety to choose from. The fresh smoothies and delicious pastries, fresh fruit and everything else was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel , from the minute you arrive the staff are ready to make your stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Less than a five minute walk to the colleseum, restaurants and delicious ice cream shops. We will definitely be back and thank you for making our trip to Rome so memorable.

Not enough towel hanging rails.

The staff were unfailingly pleasant and kind. The towels are generously large and the bathrobes and slippers soft. There is a good range of food in the breakfast buffet.

Everything, from location to major attractions, metro, restaurants were all in walking distance. The colosseum, Roman forum, palantine hill, Trevi, are all in 10 min walking distance. Metro is 5min. Vatican is bit far and 20 min drive by taxi.

The staff was incredible, especially Cristiano, who checked us in and gave us a lot of great tips on where to go, to eat and how to navigate the city. He was so friendly as were the others on duty that day, April 16 in the morning. Also, Paulo was spectacular in helping us.

We stayed in a renovated room on the 4th floor, and it was absolutely lovely! The staff was extremely friendly, even though we arrived late at night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly squeezed juice of your choice. The location is excellent — the Colosseum is just a short walk away!

The room was a tad small. I had expected it to be bigger but then it's Rome.

Terrific location, very close to the Colosseum and Forum. A 15 minute walk to via Coroso, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Santa Maria Maggiore and other sights. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. But that's true of all Italian establishments.

Everything was perfect

Location was excellent with 2-3 mins walk to Colosseum , friendly staff specially Cristiano at the reception, lots of nice restaurants at stone's throw away. We stayed in 2 rooms on 7th floor and views from the windows were beautiful roman buildings. Very modern bathrooms with a door separating toilet + bidet from Shower room. Shower room therefore also acted as dressing room in almost all rooms. Taxi arriving in 2 mins to all destinations. Nearest train station was 2-3 mins walk. Pick up point of Golf cart tours of Rome with wheel tours was 5 mins walk

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was modern, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The breakfast was amazing — a great selection of fresh and good food that gave us the perfect start to our days. Another big plus was the location: right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to most major tourist attractions. It couldn’t have been more convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It made our vacation even more enjoyable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
