the lack of flexibility that you expect from a 4* structure. I booked through Booking.com where there was no option to choose breakfast or half-board option. after check-in I asked at reception to add half-board, they said it’s not possible, they can add only breakfast, as the half-board can be added only through their website at the moment of the reservation, so in my case, having booked via Booking.com they can’t do anything.

Nice hotel with thematic rooms for the children. Fantastic decoration and well equipped. Amenities and cleaning is good. The heat in the room was full. Transport to the Gardaland park is free and very often, only 5 minutes away.

Like other thematic fun parks hotel, this hotel is far from the park. Can't say is walking distance and then you need to stick with the shuttle bus schedule, which is working ok. Little bit expensive, overall, for what is offering, even is the park hotel.

Impressive thematic hotel. Room was very nice, we choose for glacial, and is very good compartmented if you travel with children. Nice pool, perfect for the afternoon before visiting the park.

If the plan is to spend all days, full time in Gardaland and use hotel only for overnight, then hotel is way to expensive. Cleaning ladies try to enter the room even with the "do not disturb sign" on the door.

Comfortable beds, silent air conditioning, clean rooms with beautiful decorations, very nice pool. After checking out we left the luggage in the storage room and were allowed to spent all day in the pool (free sunbeds and always some available), because our flight was in the late evening. We used showers and dressing rooms close to the pool area to get ready to go to the airport. In the room kids had to solve a puzzle to get the code and open a safe with a surprise inside.

The only bad thing was that we couldn’t check in in our room at 3 p.m., instead we had to wait an hour more until we could go in.

We arrived after 23.00 and reception was closed. We found someone in the main building in order to take the key but surprise… Even if I paid with booking they said room is not paid and I had to pay again after I tried to explain more than half an hour. I asked them to solve the payment in the morning but notjing. They asked for money in advance. The reception italian quite old man was completely rude and unpolite. A shame for such a nice hotel. Anyway, I paid again and in the morning both payments were confirmed. Now I’m waiting for hotel refund… Breakfast is expensive- 16 eur/ adult and 12 eur/child. Having in mind is an area where you can not find places for breakfast I think will be helpfull to have the breakfast included in price.

Food in Italy seems to be one of the simplest and the best. Hotel's restaurants are very 'turistic' serving basic food you will not remember. Worth walking 15min to nearest small town for fantastic culinary experience. Another surprise for us was the swimming pool which was closed September 12th while temperature was 29 celsius degree! Seems that season ens very quickly for the hotel

Hotel design is super cool for families. Easy and convenient transfer to Gardaland.
