The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bathroom had been updated. The breakfast was very nice. This is an older hotel that has charm. There is free parking across the street.

NetherlandsSuper friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially the ladies at the front desk! Our flight wasn't until early afternoon so we were allowed to check out an hour later as the room was not needed that day. Will definitely come back, only next time for a longer stay :-)

LatviaIn my opinion the Hotel in the moment did NOT deserve 5 stars. The bar did not work, no color matched theme (random vintage furniture), cold floors. Maybe it was great in the past, but right now I would give it a 3/5.

CroatiaWe booked a room, After we entered the room, we saw that we didn’t have air-conditioning or air-conditioning wasn’t working. We talked with the staff., first they say that that just happened and that they will fix it in a couple of hours. After a couple of hours, it wasn’t fixed so we tried again talking with the stuff. After a few hours, we talked with the hotel guests. They told us that air-conditioning wasn’t working for almost 2 or three days so we noticed that the staff lied about it. At the end, we slept all night with open windows. It was really warm and mosquitoes by like hundred times in the morning we tried to say that we want to pay half the price because of the air conditioning. But the staff told us that’s not possible so overall the state wasn’t pleasant and the staff was lying about it and we were not satisfied. We don’t recommend this hotel. Best regards.

IrelandAir conditioning wasn’t working as expected, would work for a short time and then blow out warm air. When it’s high temperatures, good air con is a necessity for a comfortable nights sleep. Bar staff were friendly, but seemed like it was a chore to get you a drink if it wasn’t passing a bottle over the counter.
Rooms were very spacious, I would think we definitely got an upgrade or higher level of room than booked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a separate bathroom with jacuzzi bath and another toilet with shower. A warm welcome on arrival and shown around which was a nice touch. Free car park opposite hotel. Short walk to local town. Netflix on the tv was an added bonus. Breakfast was included, and you would probably need to be early if wanted to have warm.
