Hotel requires overhaul asap. Corridor carpets are very dirty and old. Shower faucet was nearly falling off. Electrical equipment on the walls all yellow plastic due to the age. Breakfast is not good for 4-star hotel.

Location is good, near train station and city center. Payed parking in front of hotel if you’re lucky to find a spot. Ok for 1 night stay but not for long stay.

Rest of hotel may have been grand once, now tired, faded & lost its lustre… Carpets outside rooms & on landings were very dirty, stained, not vacuumed. Smell in bathroom from drains, which I discovered in other hotels in Lecce as well. No basin drain covers so take care nothing falls in. Don’t choose a street room if you prefer quiet.

Rooms are clean, spacious, neat, comfy linen, beautiful decor. I had a balcony to view beautiful sunset & sunrise. Jacuzzi bathtub. Staff are so friendly & helpful, and made me a very early breakfast to go. Pool and garden courtyard area is a like haven. Walking distance to train station & old city.

Room needs (very) minor maintenance - A key on the keypad of the safe is not working properly - The battery cover of the safe is missing, so batteries can get loose (if you know about this, you can still get the safe to work) - The handle of the window is loose - There is an occasional smell in the bathroom Understandably, hotel parking spaces are very limited. Station parking is available but the price is excessive, mainly because the full day rate does not apply for any 24 hour period - counting always restarts at midnight. It is hard to understand why the hotel doesn't have a special deal with the station car park.

It is indeed a “grand” stylish old-school hotel. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to the station.

Not significant, but a few areas such as corridors could do with updating.

Great location minutes from old town with secure car parking. Lovely room with large bathroom. There's beautiful lounges to sit and relax in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included, there was a great choice and the young female staff member was very attentive.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and always available for any queries or assistance. They are very polite and try their best to speak in English. We enjoyed our stay there so much 😀 ❤

Very outdated hotel with dirty carpets and walls. Would require a large refurbishment. Windows are not insulating and noise of the street was heavy.

Our room was large, spacious, with a nice layout and large bathroom. The flooring was engineered wood, very clean looking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able ti have a drink in the evening in an area set up as a bar.

fruit flies in the room and the fact that there was not a single bottle of water in the room. Had to take some pills in the middle of the night, had to go to the teception and ask for one. For breakfast was plenty of choices, very good. The chef has a heavy hand on the salt…watchout salty omelets can be bad for your health.lol

Stayed with my mother for a short break. The staff were nice. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was very good. The pool is fantastic. The location is very good, very close to the town centre.

Because of unforseen travel issues I needed a room in Lecce SOS. I booked the room online late in the night around 22:45, and checked in at 1am in the morning. The night porter was super friendly and helpful. I honestly can say that the seamless booking, check-in and friendly staff turned a somewhat stressful experience to a great one. Thank you. 🙂

The lift was temporary not working. The light in the bathroom was not bright enough.

It’s 1 min walk from train station, and 5-7 mins to the old town. The outdoor pool was great. Fantastic breakfast with so many choices, and breakfast room was stunning. Staffs were friendly and very helpful!
