Loud, couldn't sleep Saturday night - there was music for some kind of party below the hotel until 3am. Another morning before 7am was woken up by construction work that was being done at the facility. It was not a restful stay. Own felt back and provided a discount - he was very nice and accommodating. Bedrooms are a bit outdated, but clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. Noise surrounding this facility is the biggest issue.

Excellent staff and service. Owner very nice and helpful. Clean rooms and bathroom. Ordered dinner to bring to room - food was excellent as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There ability to understand and speak English was very good as well.

I used their laundry service and had sticker shock. I was charged the same price for t-shirts as dress shirts to have cleaned. It was outrageous. It wasn’t like they had to press them or anything. They were like underwear, T-SHIRTS!!! I received no satisfaction from the staff.

No bath plug, cigarette stains on bath and basin. Hairdryer cuts out after 2 mins. A/C not working, room was 26C, outside temp 21C.

The premises have really dated and old style furniture and interiors. Gives a very stuffy feel to all spaces. Corridors have low light. Hotel was not very busy and all guests were crammed into same wing making it quite noisy due to other guests. Quite far to walk into town and city centre. Hotel entrance has direct access to public bar and betting station making it feel unsafe considering easy access of strangers to the premises. Overpriced

It’s a long walk to the centre of the old town.

The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast was good. Very friendly service. Nice pool. Very good Location for exploring Molise, Scapoli, Barrea, etc.

Very outdated. Poor lighting in the halls. Scary to return to rooms at night. Lots of construction going on.

Convenient location and lots of parking. Big bathroom and lots of towels and toiletries.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the Air in the room never cooled below 24 degrees Celsius. It was very hot. The room is extremely dated and they smelled of smoke.

It was close to many things and decently priced.

We had an issue with our air conditioning that we expressed three times to front staff and was not addressed properly! Was warm in our room the whole stay there!
