I have two minor comments about the room. The short flush button on the toilet was broken, so one had to fiddle with the long flush button to get a short flush. Also, the plastic liquid soap bottle in the shower (bathtub) was cracked in such a way that you could not use the application dispenser, but had to remove it to pour the liquid soap from the bottle.

This was our second visit (previous visit was in 2019) to the Grand Hotel Savoia. The breakfast lounge has been remodeled with lighter, bright colors. There was a large selection of food items. I seem to remember, though I may be wrong, that there was a dedicated cook for preparing individual egg requests, but I didn't find this a negative. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel's location served our needs perfectly, easy access for arriving by car.

A lovely hotel, we were pampered by the staff for the whole of our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved the elegant bar area. Our room was large and had a little balcony and we enjoyed the little gift box of chocolate or biscuits left each night.

Extremely stylish and comfortable hotel, particularly good for access to the main railway station in Genoa. Great choice at breakfast in very good sized dining room. Staff helpful and friendly.

The staff is really kind, they go extra mile to make you feel at home. The breakfast is really varied. The products in the bathroom smell wonderfully. It is very close to the harbour and to a train station. There is a bar at the entrance that feels like the Titanic. The bed is like a cloud in heaven. We are really happy about our choice. As a small downside, the water the first day was not as hot as the rest of the days and the elevators sometimes take a bit long to come.

I didn’t like the strong perfume that pervaded most spaces and the smoked salmon served for breakfast which had a very chemical and artificial flavor

The inclusion like the wellness spa area was wonderful to come home to after a day of sightseeing in Cinqueterre, Santa Margarita Ligure or the old town of Genoa and the lookout points above the city of the port. Very attentive staff. Thankyou for such a treat of a place to stay, and very close to the main station too… perfect!!

Sometimes it is very busy at the reception with 1 operator. There should be almost every times 2 or 3 operators.

It is a super hotel, room very nice and very quite. Breakfast very very nice. You can really find everything.
