JerseyDidn’t advise us pool towels were available & electric sockets were 3pin not the normal 2pin so a shortage of plugs. We were staying as a large party for a wedding & no irons at all were available to borrow or hire.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sestri Levante with great beach and old town just few steps away. Good breakfast and great bar. We stayed on the 6th floor, so we had great view from our window as bonus.

United KingdomOriginally we were allocated a really small room with a tiny window where the air conditioning was broken. But the manager moved us to a much better room quickly, with no fuss. I was impressed.
It was the most beautiful historic building with an amazing history. At the same time it had all the modern facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool.The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

United KingdomNon-dairy products (oat milk, non-butter spread) would have been helpful to complement the fresh fruit, toast & jam options for vegans. The use of sunbeds/umbrella on the private beach was a bit hefty at 50 euros a day.
A great location on the main promenade; the staff were helpful and friendly, and very patient while we practised our italian; breakfast was plentiful. Evening drinks on the terrace while people-watching was a delight. The car park was well sited and it was interesting to see an array of smart sports cars each day. The hotel pool was large enough and not overly busy.

I loved the hotel the little areas with the antique furniture. The staff were lovely, they made me feel very welcome, especially the men one the front desk, they were so helpful. Especially Christian in the bar area who made time for me, when I was unable to go out because the weather was bad.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, I loved everything about it. The ambiance inside and outside the hotel was stunning!! The staff were amazing, the location is amazing and Sestri Levante is even more beautiful than Portofino. The hotel has it’s own private beach and lockers for guests, however doesn’t open until a certain date. My husband who loved Portofino and has been there a few times, now loves Sestri Levante even more for the fact it is a little more bigger the town and less touristy. I would come back here and to this hotel in a heartbeat, this hotel offers everything!!

Romanianice to have a more varied breakfast with vegetables and seasonal fruits. Parking is expensive (15 euros/day)
excellent location, on the seashore and close to the old town. The hotel is a historical building, the lobby, the staircase, everything makes you feel like you're in a museum, at the same time being very comfortable. Upon arrival we received a room update, a suite on the roof with a wonderful view of the sea and the area, practically 2 rooms, although we only used one but this update was a pleasant surprise and we appreciated it. The hotel has a beautiful garden where breakfast can be served and also a swimming pool. The private beach is across the street, it was under construction when we were there, but the weather wasn't good either, so we didn't benefit on it
