The structure is a bit extreme; some People may like it, some others not. Dinner proposals are questionable but, the food quality is excellent. Service is a bit frantic but, tollerable. As a suggestion, we would invite to analyze the Bar service as we found it not alligned to the overall classy proposal offered by the resort.

Location, breakfast, the majority of their staff. We appreciated that few marginal glitches have been rectified promotly. We would also mention that Ms Luna from the customer service alongside with Ms Daniela from the F&B Team have contributed to our lovely experience.

Location is great, amazing view (from a tower suite and the restaurant), quiet environment and amazing food. From the 7 course menu to the burger, it was all amazing! Top service, friendly staff - even offered to sit our dog while we wanted to go to the sauna. We'er going to return here for sure.

I liked everything. The staff welcomed us in the best way possible. The room was cosy with a taking-breath view. The hotel in general with an aesthetic pleasure for the eyes. We could barely leave our room because of the stunning view. The design is mesmerizing, very simple, clean and everything was very cozy and comfortable. The 7-couse dinner menu was a whole experience. The staff was very nice and willing to make you feel very good. It was amazing.
