The staff were extremly helpful. and frendly. The room was a good size,. The bed was comfy.. There is a small fridge and jug in the room which was handy. There is also a fridge,microwave,small bench and a few chairs plates etc in main area for all to use. We were able to store our suitcase.. We would stay hear again.

As it was closer to the train station you’re a 15-20 minute walk from the centre where all the shops and main restaurants are, which meant it was a bit further if you wanted to drop your bags off after shopping or to come back for a quick pit stop it’s not as convenient to go back to the hotel. The whole of Florence is pretty walkable though, so it comes down to your needs and what your prefer!

First time in Florence, great property if you want to be close to the train station. It was only a short 6 minute walk. The staff are so lovely, gave us a quick rundown of how to get around/tips on where to go in Florence. Although no lift on the property which didn’t bother us as the hotel staff came down and carried our luggage up for us. Super accommodating and lovely, and the rooms were spotless! There were some great bars and restaurant on the same strip as the Hotel which was very convenient!

The property was in a perfect location- walking distance to most attractions and quiet enough to not hear noise at night. The host was brilliant she was so accommodating with all of our needs. Would highly recommend!! 😄

We only stayed here for one night, but wished we would have been longer! The location is really central, close to the train station, but still in a rather quiet and cozy street. The market hall, Medici Chapel, Piazza del Duomo and Ponte Vecchio are just a short walking distance away! Our room was on the smaller side, but still very nice. The bed was comfortable, the air condition was quiet and effective, the bathroom held a high standard with good water pressure from the shower and everything felt nice and clean. There was a coffe/tea/snack station in the hallway – a nice touch that we appreciated! The hosts are really friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful both before and during our stay. They helped us with our luggage, and let us store it after checking out which allowed us to see more of the city during our short visit. Would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit Florence!

No elevator to the second floor but the host was able to assist with the luggage.

The host, Alejandra, was excellent. She was very punctual when communicating through the app. She went over the must-see sites of Florence and provided excellent recommendations for dining. The room was modern and clean and the location was perfect - a very easy 8 minute flat walk to the train station and minutes to the Duomo. An excellent value - for the price point it can't be beat. I would book Hotel Nella again without hesitation!

The hotel is very centrally located, very close to the train station, markets, and restaurants. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. They took excellent care of us. If I ever come to Florence again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The location is close to the train station (Santa Maria Novella) and within a few minutes of walking distance to the main cathedral of the city. Very friendly hosts, offering an unlimited supply of tasty cookies and tea/coffee/water. Small details like adding a full of bottle of water to the fridge for us to enjoy after a day of exploring the city was greatly appreciated. The room is comfortable and cost, perfect for our days in Florence

Apart from the fact that there’s no lift at the property (overcomed by friendly hotel staff who helped us carry our luggage’s up and down if they are around) and slightly smaller room (overcomed by the modern facilities and clean environment), everything is perfect

Loved everything about the property, it was my best stay of our Italy trip! 1.Great service (from Roberto who kindly helped with our heavy luggage on Day 1 to Ale who has been the most consistent in replies - even after working hours and sweet enough to make my boyfriend’s birthday a little more special when she found out!) 2. Super modern and new facilities (after staying at a few old hotels in Milan, Venice - this was a refreshing change and pleasantly impressed) 3. Great housekeeping and cleanliness! We were also so surprised by the attentive housekeeping standards when we came back one day to a more-than-made room (housekeeper went the extra mile to do things like reorganise our shoes, help us hang our bags on the hanger, put our luggages on the cupboard… just wow) 4. Location was good. 5 min walk from train station (great for minimising the need to lug your luggage around) and 10-15 min walk from city centre. The alley where our hotel was located also felt very safe and homely….. 5. Coffee, drinking water, biscuits, tea etc were also offered FOC. Greatly appreciated !! 6. Good value for money I will definitely book Hotel Nella again if I’m back in Florence.

There was 1 or 2 little thing I moght mention but the housekeeper lady s behaviour just deleted everything ♥️

House keeping lady was like angel, whole puding spilled on the bed and was looking so bad, she was so nice and comfy us . She cleaned the room so detailed like I have never seen something like that. I love u respectfully lady.
