A bit of a maze to get to the Hotel front door.

Staff were very kind, and helpful. The bar & dining area, had fantastic views that are picturesque. Food was nice and bar was affordable. I stayed a single room and was quite spacious.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, providing details of where the best places to eat and visit were and explaining how the public transport works! Room was very comfortable and clean and location was great, perfect for a solo traveller!

The front office employees were very friendly and approachable. Sergio on the the night shift was amazing and gave us recommendations and tips to get around the city.

No complaints really! The drainage in the shower was a bit poor, resulting in the water nearly overflowing into the bathroom which was a bit stressful. The laneways leading up to the property were quite dark, which could be stressful for some people, despite the city being very safe!

The location was spectacular, our room overlooked the main canal and was very central. The room was well furnished, traditionally decorated and was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and very professional, very happy to help with any requests. The breakfast was lovely, continental style with good coffee and beautiful views from the terrace. There was storage to keep your luggage in if necessary at check in or check out.

Small but lovely hotel! Good location close to water bus stop and easy to walk to the many sights. Staff friendly at all times, nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

A beautiful hotel located on the main canal nestled in a quiet alleyway. Wonderful architecture & history with views over the canal. A good hearty breakfast for 10€ and within a few minutes walk of the Rialto bridge.

Such an amazing place. The hotel is in a beautiful and central location. 15 to 20 minutes walk to most places including the train and bus station. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We were so lucky to get a room upgrade on arrival which made our holiday. Thank you so much.

Room was dated, wallpaper a bit grubby, but it has the authentic look. Doors well worn and chipped away. But it was clean so not really a problem. I didn't like that i had to wait for a server to get coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast. It was a touch button machine and simple to use. This turned me off going for breakfast on the second morning.

It has a beautiful location, away from the crowds. 5 mins walk through a maze of beautiful alleys from the boat busstop. Beautiful terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Great choices of breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful wine in the bar.

Unbeatable value, the price of the rooms in this palazzo fluctuates along the year and this time my single room including buffet breakfast was 55 Euros per night. Great location in a very old palazzo that faces the Grand Canal. Elegant room decoration. Very efficient room cleaning service, my blood-stained pillow cover was replaced by a clean one every single day. Good room temperature, last year I complained about my room being cold and now it has not been the case. Very efficient friendly reception staff members. Wide choice of dishes for breakfast.

There was nothing not to like about this place.

This place was extremely wonderful!! Right next to the water and our room was overlooking the Grand Canal. Beautiful view and really quiet at night as well. The staff is extremely nice and professional. I would recommend anyone that is visiting Venice to stay here.

Just a little bit out of the main area ,hard to find with out google maps ,and bed was 2 single mattress pushed together
