Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. The hotel wasn't far from the airport and close to the sea. The room was spacious and clean, staff were amazing, and the breakfast was good. Lovely restaurant 500m away and close to amenities. Transport was available to and from the airport for 10 Euros per person. I'm definitely returning to this little Gem.

The Wi-Fi in unit 4 either did not work or it was very slow with lots of buffering.
It was very clean and the staff went out of the way to make your stay very good.

There’s nothing that I would change. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

Could supply a little milk in bar fridge for making tea or coffee.
Nice comfy room that opens onto a pretty courtyard. Close to the beach and a few food places within walking distance. Airport is a short taxi ride away. Very pleasant and helpful manager on site ready to greet us on arrival- thank you!

Floor was really cold and no slippers for that, cold in the room and the AC did not make any heat although we set a high temperature (or maybe we didn't know how to use it), extra payment if you wanted some eggs/omlette as this was not included.
Vicinity to the Fiumicino airport, self check-in, decent breakfast, good coffee, very nice terrace, close to the beach.

The Facility was old. The mattresses were way too soft. But it suited our needs for 1 night. But I found it a bit over priced
Close to the airport and the beach. Also, the area of town looked like it may be a little rough but the property took extra security precautions and noise interventions due to the airport. The lady at the desk was wonderful

Very quaint & lovely. Staff were so helpful & friendly - they couldn’t possibly be any more kind. Very cool how each room has a sliding glass door plus a barn/hurricane door, too.

Trip to and from the airport is 10 min but costs 26 Euro. Taxi costs close to 40 Euro You hear the airplanes landing and taking off. But it was expected given we needed to stay close to the airport

The proximity to the airport makes the area very noisy, and although the soundproof windows, it was a windy night and we could hear the wind as well. The location is a bit boring, perhaps it was since we were off season. But we didnt really care because we needed a place next to the airport.
The staff was super friendly and attentive, when we arrived early, our rooms were ready for us prior checkin time. The rooms are quite specious and the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. There is an option to have dinner at the place, which was a perfect option for us traveling with young kids. The breakfast was also good. 15 min drive to the airport.

Stefano was very helpful in arranging transport for us to the airport. There was also a tray of breakfast prepared as we were leaving early. Great location for a quick stopover.

The room we got looks like the parking garage turned into a room. The bed was not comfortable.

Nothing much there to say. Due to the location, you obviously have quite some air traffic, but the noise is until nearly 11 pm. Afterward, you can get a good night's sleep until the first flight in the morning.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had an early departure for our morning flight, which clashed with breakfast hours, they generously provided us with a small breakfast the night before. This thoughtful gesture ensured we had something to eat before leaving, which we truly appreciated.
