Nice beach. Spacious, clean, and fresh rooms. Lots of tour groups. Seemed to be enjoying. We were there one night. Good breakfast.

1. There were several inconsistences - e.g. coffee was included in the all inclusive package, but decaffeinated coffee was not! Our friends had bottled water provided in their room each day but we did not and had to pay for ours. Some spirits were included - e.g. vodka and gin, but white rum was not always. 2. The resort is in a remote area and taxis are difficult to come by.

The resort was very clean and staff pleasant. Food good. We requested a room near to reception due to my husband's mobility issues and this was granted.

Accommodation was a bit dated and could do with some modernising.

Amenities great and plenty to keep busy with. Food was excellent and staff very helpful and everything ran really smoothly. Pool was excellent. Beach was a bit further away and not great by cf to others nearby but that is not Hotels fault.

The buffet was so boring, every day the same stuff, also pretty average food / low quality. The worst coffee that I ever had in a hotel - unbelievable..

Buffet was a bit dull. We booked a massage (they were very nice to let us book a last minute session at night) but the massage itself was very light.

Was frustrated to discover on our arrival that we had one of the rooms with a shared balcony as we weren't aware of such a thing when we booked the hotel. This was not ideal and could have been very uncomfortable but were lucky that the other couple did not spend any time sitting outside !! The hotel has a 5pm check in and 10am checkout which was absurd as I have never stayed anywhere that required you to leave your room by 10am. This was very frustrating for us as we were not flying home till late at night on the day of our departure & although we asked for a late checkout they made no effort to accommodate us, also they did not offer us any room to change in and had no storage room for cases so our luggage was just left sitting in the reception area all day. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and not always hot and it often was not replenished quickly enough as there didn't seem to be any sort of manager/supervisor checking anything most of the time.Breakfast was the same every day with no fresh juices , no eggs cooked to order and certainly no extras like pancakes. Avoid the food at the snack bar by the adult pool as it is awful but the pizza was good at the other snack bar. Entertainment in the evenings was also very poor.

The bedrooms were spacious & clean & there was plenty of wardrobe space. The pools and surrounding areas were also nice and we especially enjoyed the Adult pool which was a lot quieter, The hotel is quite remote with nothing really around it but Budoni port is only about a 25 minute walk away and that was worth a visit as it has a couple of nice restaurants,

the beach was not suitable for swimming,was full of algae,far from Budoni,they could improve quality of their cocktails.

Kids club was a bit late for kids really, gone 9pm after a busy day on holiday... we still went but our little one couldn't enjoy it much as he was so tired. All Inclusive drinks selection options were not really clear... had a pina colada for a couple of days then suddenly it wasn't on all Inc. There was no amaretto despite being in Italy.

Food was brilliant, the pizza bar was fab, selection of pools is great, lovely resort as a whole... a beautiful country, the local beaches are to die for.

- Leaky airconditioner, which they tried to fix multiple times - inconsistent mix of friendly and unfriendly staff - ants in the room - too far away from the beach - not everything is included in the "all inclusive" (eg deposits for towels, bottled water, ice, sealed ice cream)

- Very comfortable beds - good a la carte food - a lot of nice swimming pools - great weather - beautiful sandy beaches accessible by car.

Manager of a hotel of this level needs to be more flexible, for example, I asked through booking to extend the checkout for a couple of hours, as a result I did not receive a response at all!

We got a room with a view of fence from one side and another building from another side. But the staff was so pleasant and helpful and they've changed it next day (we arrived late evening). The beach was a bit far away. Its alright for people who can walk, but its a problem for elderly people. The was a train (tractor) taking you to the beach for free, I cant say we enjoyed that :) I've paid and left the postcard to be sent to my family from the hotel shop. It never arrived (its never been sent (shows on website)) Very loud in evening in rooms till midnight.

In general we liked and enjoyed everything. Accommodation was spacious, all staff is really polite, helpful, friendly, rooms been cleaned on a daily basis. Food was excellent, a lot of different meals. Surroundings were great. Swimming pools were nice. No charge for the pool towels.

Beautiful swimming pools with plenty of sun beds and separate quiet pool for adults. Fun animation team around the main pool.
