We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and loved it from the very beginning. It has a wonderful rooftop restaurant, a pool, and a relaxing chill-out area. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. There’s a convenient underground parking nearby included in the stay. The location is about 15–20 minutes from the main tourist center, which worked perfectly for us. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The staff were absolutely lovely! The manager surprised me with a sweet birthday card and offered us drinks to celebrate — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The breakfast was amazing as well, and the team there were so friendly and hospitable. They truly made our stay feel special!

It’s about 1.5 km from central Florence. It’s an easy, flat walk along the shore of the Arno to get there. So, if you don’t mind walking, the location is a less pricey option than being in the center of Florence.

The room was small but perfectly functional and comfortable. There were many design touches I appreciated. The windows could be opened, light switches were thoughtfully placed and actuated with authority. The heated towel racks were a really nice touch. The quality of the linens was excellent as was their turndown. Breakfast is available for 20 euro but, if you are a breakfast eater like I am, it was nice to have.

Peaceful location, generous size of room, my room had a lovely juliet-style balcony. Excellent service from reception staff. Very nice rooftop pool and restaurant/bar, giving amazing views of the Florence skyline.

It is located close to many wonderful sites and walking along the Arno. The rooftop bar/restaurant is the best place to start the day and to relax in the evening. The staff is great.

Our room was a little small, maybe better to book direct? Also the fan didn't work in the bathrooma and reported it but didn't get fixed during our stay.

Amazing hotel! Staff so welcoming, roof top bar and restuarant a wonderful place to spend time with a great atmosphere. Roof top pool great even when cold outside. What a view from it all! The bar staff and restaurant staff so friendly, it really made our stay. Steak Florentine amazing! Also clocked my birthday with no prompting with 2 free drinks. Walk into Florence along the river was perfect - didn't feel too far out.

Room was a bit small

The rooftop terrace is super nice! The all year round open and heated pool was a nice surprise. We changed to this hotel after the previous one had a broken bed and we were refused to switch rooms. We booked very short notice and arrived well before check in time but our room was already ready - we were super greatful for this as my boyfriend had to work and take a couple of meetings. Bed was comfy too and the food in the restaurant a bit expensive (70€ for two Aperol, two Pasta al Pesto, 1 water) but good.

Its a bit of a walk from center of the city and maybe missing a coffee machine in the room.

This classic Italian style hotel is not far from the train station but a 20min walk from the center. Newly renovated so rooms are fresh and facilities nice. Staff kind and breakfast surprisingly good for being Italy with fresh omelettes being made to order.

Unfortunately, they can’t help with the weather, so to avoid the rain (20-24th Oct) the spa was a little disappointing.

Great location - 15min from Duomo, clean rooms and building, varied restaurant menu, great buffet breakfast, attentive staff and service, heated outdoor pool on roof, great views from the rooftop and bar prices competitive.

The room was very large and had 2 bathrooms. Had everything we needed as a family. The staff were so helpful and friendly would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was lovely and we had chance to go in the pool.on the roof top. Was fab. There was nothing not to like about Hotel Kraft

The deluxe room felt a little cramped. There was only one good chair for sitting in. The air conditioning was hard to adjust. Breakfast is not included.

The terrace on the roof had a spectacular view.
